This Guesthouse has everything you need for your vacation, it is central located, in a peaceful and safe neighborhood and have a very well distributed space. Its located few minutes from the Caloosahatche River and the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, it includes bicycles, kayaks, umbrella, beach chairs, fishing rods and other items that will enhance your vacation. It is also very close to highly recommended restaurants, famous shops (walmart,Publix, McDonald) and other essential places.

Ft. Myers Quaint Getaway! Minutes from Beach!

My condo is close to the beach, NOT on the beach, nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's minutes from Ft. Myers and Sanibel Beach. It has a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twin murphy beds in the guest room. Walking distance from a Super Target. Several outlet malls, closest is 2 miles. FYI, not handicap accessible (second floor unit). A few steps to the pool and grill.

Location! Location! This apartment is close distance to Deli, restaurants and supermarket . The house faces the canal with breathtaking views we have cameras facing the canal and pool area in order to protect guests. The apartment is attached to the main house but private entrance totally separate. Functional full kitchen in the Lanai area Is only for 2 persons. No children allowed. After May 2025 pool will be shared by 1 or 2 more guest. No service dogs or comfort pets allowed.

This is the ultimate getaway for our guests. Yes…. you’re going to have an entire house for yourself . Feel free to enjoy 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom house with a Florida room, plus outside patio with gazebo(BBQ) and large back yard. Our newly renovated retreat is in the perfect location that is close to the beach, near all the best restaurants, and has all the amenities you will need for a breezy family vacation. Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED.
