Guesthouse holiday rentals in Cyprus

My review is for Sabor Residences not this listing, as there was a double booking. Fatma offered a room at Sabor Residences which has its own gorgeous big bathroom. It was one of 5/6 rooms in the guesthouse next to the lovely Sabor Restaurant and I enjoyed my stay immensely. Fatma was very responsive and also allowed me to check in very early. The large room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with 2 single beds and kettle with cups and plenty of coffee and tea available. I have not doubt the original room would have been good too but this was excellent, wonderful value for money and I would certainly recommend staying here. It’s close to all the shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops and Ledra Crossing. Wifi was good too! Thanks Fatma!

Very comfortable cozy little house only 10mins walk from the sea and restaurants. Close enough to the action but calm enough to get good sleep. All the amenities you need, comfortable beds, clean, good shower, and utensils for cooking as well as avaliable coffee and sugar for breakfast. David and Elina which I met upon departure are very kind and looking forward to seeing them again with the family!

Most favourable location in scenic and quiet Kato Lefkara! This authentic Cypriot house was perfect for our stay during the music festival held anually at a close by village... The host was friendly and extremely hospitable, with good communication and excellent service. The house itself is perfect for young couples, with two large bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom that includes two separate toilets. The place also has a fully equiped kitchen and its own closed yard, typical of a traditional Lefkara house. Filled with the original items of its previous owner it trully feels like a home. Excellent access to the village parking solves a lot of problems related to transportation and in close proximity to the village's coffee shop for trouble-free early breakfast and afternoon coffee breaks. Absolutely recommended!

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωραίο αλλά το πιο ωραίο σημείο ηταν η αυλή. Είχε μία μεγάλη πισίνα και αξιοποιήσαμε το χώρο για να χαλαρώσουμε και να ψήσουμε κιόλας. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα το χώρο και η οικοδέσποινα είναι πολύ φιλική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει!!

Very nice place and for a good price. Nice views and beautiful yard👌🏼only downside is that hard to find and there was some flies inside when we came. We arrived late at night but she was very kind and helped us even though she was probably asleep already :)

Guys This apartament is such a amazing place for stay. I was whole 2 weeks there with my friends. The apartament is perfect for young people or for families. The garden is so beautiful we eat a lot of fruits from there. Demetris is perfect owner, we had a pleasure to met his mother and cousin. We had amazing time with them. The location is very quite and safe. I recomend you to rent a car if you want to vistit more places on this island. If we had problem with ac or we needed someting more Demetris was always in touch with us and help with everything just like his familly. The apartament is very clean, there is a lot of space on the patio for rest. The check in and out is so flexible. For sure I will be back with more of my friends ! We really enjoyed our stay at Des’s place. It was a lovely cosy self-contained typical Cypriot house above which the host lived. It was very private and peaceful with lots of nature and beautiful views around us. Des’s place had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to Limassol and the mountains with some lovely drives. Des was very helpful and welcoming.

A peaceful and tranquil setting with great views . The Lodge is very comfortable and well furnished. The location is good for going North to Polis and beyond and also to Paphos and Sea Caves area. Several restaurants in nearby Kathikas as well as a small shop. Elaine is an excellent host and is very respectful of privacy . The garden is beautiful with plenty of places to relax. Highly recommend.

A very nice and quiet place if you want to be close to, but outside of, Girne. The host was very nice and responsive, the mountain view is beautiful, the place was suited very well for excursions with a car, and in my case - an easy 15 minutes walk from the Girne - Lapta road, where you can catch a dolmuş during most of the day.

Konumu çok güzel bir sokakta. Bayram olduğu için sanırım kapıya astık ama oda temizliği yapılmadı. Su ısıtmayla ilgili sorun yaşadık ama hızlıca açıkladılar. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

בית אותנטי. מי שמחפש חווייה של פעם, זה המקום! כפר לא מפורסם אבל שווה ביקור ושהייה. בניה עתיקה בכפר עצר מלכת וכמובן בהיבט החיובי. המלצה שלי לבעל הבית- מיטה חורקת. כדאי להשקיע במיטה ומזרון איכותי והנוחיות תשודרג מאוד!! לאוהבי הקפה בבוקר, יש להצטייד בחומרי גלם!!

Great place to stay! I felt at home as soon as I arrived, and I was welcome by a lovely cat by the door! The place is tidy and clean and offer a beautiful small terrasse to enjoy a drink or your breakfast. it's very peaceful and quite at night.

Vi havde et dejligt og afslappet ophold. Elenis familie er utroligt gæstfrie og imødekommende. Der er ikke det store at lave i nærområdet, men vi nød naturen og stilheden, samt poolen i den skønne have.

So far this has been the best place and best room I have ever resided at,Apart from the Superior cleanliness and hygiene,the kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils for cooking,heating and dining,large fridge for storage and above All two balconies(which I feel is really rare even in a Five Star Hotel) one with enough space to move about and evening dining, felt at home as also was my third visit , highly recommended , A very hospitable, professional and friendly Host, going to visit again

Excellent place for short stay, small studio but had everything needed, responsive host and very easy self check in in a very secure building

A great place for the price! We had a rental car, and there’s a parking lot right next to the building!

Nice and quiet neighborhood close to the see and city center. Clean shower, cozy bed. No water for the coffee machine apart from a little bottle, a little too much insects, but generally I recommend this location.
