Great stay at an amazing villa, the highlight of which is the pool. Situated minutes from coral bay and multiple shops/restaurants along the strip. would recommend hiring a car if wanting to visit pathos which is 30mins away.

If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. Özellikle sabahları balkonda kahve içmek çok keyifliydi. 🛏️ çarşaflar tertemizdi, her şey önceden hazırlanmıştı. 🧼 Havlular, sabun ve ihtiyaç duyulan her şey mevcuttu. 🌬️ Klima çalışıyordu — sıcak iklimde bu çok önemliydi. 🍳 Sabahları bizi lezzetli ve doyurucu bir kahvaltı bekliyordu, bu da gerçekten çok hoş bir ayrıntıydı. 🎬 Akşamları ev sineması ile film izlemek çok keyifliydi — ses sistemi harikaydı. 🪞 İç dekorasyon özenle düşünülmüş — küçük ve ilginç detaylar (örneğin, küçük iskelet figürü) ve ikonlar eve sıcaklık ve karakter katıyordu. 👤 Ev sahibi ise çok nazik, yardımsever ve ilgili biriydi. Rezervasyon aşamasından itibaren son derece sıcak kanlı, çözüm odaklı ve yönlendirici yaklaşım sergilediler. Herşey ihtiyaçlarımızı düşünmeye yönelikti. Evimizde kurutma makinesi dahil tüm beyaz eşya vardı.Gelenlerin sadece deterjan alması kafi. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Die Unterkunft und der Außenbereich sowie der Pool waren sehr geräumig und man hatte durch den Ausblick ein Gefühl von Freiheit. George war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat stets schnell auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Direkt vor der Villa verläuft eine viel befahrene Straße. Wer empfindlich auf Straßenlärm reagiert, sollte das berücksichtigen. Uns persönlich hat dies aber nicht beeinflusst und wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt hat uns der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren diesen Frühling zum zweiten Mal in dieser makellosen Unterkunft! Es ist das schönste Haus in der Umgebung und ich finde, es hat die beste Lage. Ich schätze die tollen Fenster und Insektenschutzgitter und die Nähe zum Meer. Hier finde ich Privatsphäre und Ruhe und kann mit der ganzen Familie ausspannen. Gerne wieder!

We booked Maria's cosy place at the last minute for 2 nights. Never been to Konia before, and we were not disappointed. Number 702 is a minimalist gem snuggled in amongst mature trees. Although small, it feels spacious with its high ceilings and floor to roof windows. We ate out at the Mansion of Stavroula. Reserving a table is highly recommended at weekends. The food is delicious. We had the good fortune to meet Maria who is lovely and helpful. We will definitely be returning 😊

The house is truly a gem, located directly at the beach and very private. You'll find everything you need and more, the house is fully equipped, and there's nothing better after a beach day than falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Carrie is a wonderful host who makes you feel at home instantly. We found snacks, wine and a little something to eat in the fridge when we arrived at night. Pomos is a very calm little village but offers everything you need, a little supermarket, taverns, a fish restaurant and a Kafenion. Clearly recommended ! One small negative point was a recent building site right next to the beach house that spoiled the view a bit, but it's probably finished in a couple of weeks. We hope to be back soon!

The house was really nice with a perfect garden. Jacuzzi and pool were great. It was private enough, but still close to everything.

This place is a little slice of heaven. Great location, beautiful inside and out. Super helpful friendly hosts. Had everything we needed and more. Handy for the beach and harbour bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and a perfect base for the Akamas region and Paphos airport. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to family. Also we LOVED the artworks around the apartment, great choices by real artists, it added to the vibe and enhanced our stay.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, um zum Strand zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto. Pool ist schön groß und toll zum schwimmen inkl. Terrasse mit genügend Sitzgelegenheit und Schatten. Im Haus gibt es Klimaanlagen, und Insektengitter in der Schlafräumen. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und 1 Cafe und Taverne mit toller Aussicht aber leider nur durchschnittlichem Essen und Service. Latsi, Polis und schöne Strände in ca 10 Autominuten erreichbar.

Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, aussen wie innen. Es fehlt an nichts. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine große Auswahl Getränken und Esswaren.Dank! Die Betten sind sehr gut.Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.Den elektrischen Sicherungskasten fanden wir erst per Telefonat , da eine Sicherung reaktiviert werden musste. Internet war sehr gut. TV konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir uns nicht auskennen mit Netflix & Co. und keine Bedienungsanleitung vorlag. Dies war kein Mangel! Sehr gut ist der Pool, der zweimal wöchentlich sehr gut gepflegt wird von einem Profi.Sehr angenehm ist, dass ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden ist. Sehr gut ist das Haus ausgestattet mit Klimageräten in allen Räumen. Die Lage des Hauses ca. 100m vom leeren Strand ist toll, ebenso der Meerblick selbst von der Erdgeschossterrasse.Airport&Larnaca sind nebenan. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einige Mückenfenster wären hilfreich zum Genuss der Meeresluft!Tolle Vermieterin!

We had a lovely stay at Susan's place in Kalavasos. The property is located in a lovely village with some very nice restaurants and great walks right from the front door. Plus the fact that the property itself is extremely peaceful and private whilst still being in the centre of the village. We really enjoyed making use of the hot tub and the welcome pack was highly appreciated. Susan was a great host, super responsive and gave some great recommendations, thanks Susan!

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

The owner is an architect and the house is simply a heaven in the city. His partner is a wonderful designer and artist, so the interior is wonderful. Dynamic. Vibrant. I took some friends and their jaws hit the floor. Alexandros is a kind and friendly host. Always available to help. Even when I couldn’t work the job! Highly recommended. 5 Stars. Parking can be an issue but be patient. There is always a space within 100m.

Wow- words can’t describe how much we enjoyed the stay at Nikos’ place. The room was great, but most importantly, Nikos was an amazing host. Took great care of us and provided the best customer service! It really enhanced our stay. The room is walkable to everything in Paphos and it is a great place to stay if you want to explore. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Finca – die Anlage ist top gepflegt, sehr sauber und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten: ein schöner Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche, Grillmöglichkeiten (Gas und Kohle) und einige liebevolle Details zur Begrüßung. Der Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein und insgesamt haben wir uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. In der Umgebung hört man gelegentlich typische Geräusche des Landlebens – das gehört hier einfach dazu und sollte bei der Planung bedacht werden. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt – wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen!
