It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available (for free) so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Het Zaans Huisje

This detached cottage, in my backyard, is located in the heart of Zaandam, a 3-minute walk from Dam Square, 4 minutes from the cozy shopping street and 9 minutes from the Station. From the Zaans Huisje you can do all kinds of activities. For example, you can reach Amsterdam Central Station in 14 minutes by train and Zaanse Schans in 5 minutes. Please note that parking in front of the door is paid. The cottage is rented for 1 person and there is an extra bedroom available for an additional fee.

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Cozy and peaceful, the garden suite is a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

It is contemporary furnished and fully equipped. Your receive bed linen, towels, coffee, tea from us. The entire cottage is yours. On a sidenote: if your purpose will be just hanging around our property and smoke marihuana, than this accommodation is likely not for you.
