Luciana's place was exactly as advertised - beautiful, private, clean, walkable, and a good space. I booked this place for the view, proximity to the beach, and privacy and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely stunning. Everything worked as advertised as well. Luciana was extremely responsive and kind, any questions I had she had responses to quickly and was overall an awesome host. Worth every penny, thank you Luciana!!

The villa is beautiful. No complaints. Exactly as described - in fact, pics don't do it justice. Open plan living/dinning/kitchen worked perfectly for our group of 5. The terrace space overlooking the "jungle" and water beyond was lovely to relax on, and well appointed with seating and lounging chairs and BBQ. Downstairs bedrooms were very spacious, all with ensuite.

We spent a weekend at the house and it was amazing! The house is much better than in the photos, the decor is modern, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath and pillows available and of good quality. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was very cold and the pool was our salvation because it was super warm, due to the electric heating. The condominium has a concierge and is 100% walled, in addition to being next to the beach and very close (5 min) to the downtown area, with several shops and restaurants. Jade always responded quickly and attentively, even extending the deadline for our check-out. You can book, you won't regret it!

The house is exactly the same as the photos. We received it very clean. The super-equipped kitchen with pans and utensils of all kinds. Super quiet enclosed condominium. The beach is more familiar and is a delight. The staff are all friendly and pro-active. Surroundings with markets, bakeries and restaurants. I highly recommend it! We had a problem with the air, which was quickly solved by Dalton. I will return more often for sure!

My first experience booking on Airbnb, couldn't have picked a better home. The impeccable house, everything was perfect, the super helpful host, took all our questions. Marvelous experience, I'm sure I'll book more often.

Wonderful weekend! The space is very close to the beach and the market side, which makes it much easier to stay. The Host, Alexandre, was very helpful and attentive. The renovation of the house is being completed, but even so, it has perfectly attended us.

Very beautiful and quiet place. Even though it took a few closed days, it was still possible to enjoy the place with that wonderful view. I recommend it and I'll be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Sítio Ilhabela. The location, tucked away in the quieter southern part of the island, was exactly what we were looking for – peaceful, surrounded by nature, and far from the busy town. The amenities are simple and basic, which suited us perfectly. We cooked easy meals in the small kitchen and spent most of our time enjoying the spectacular terrace. The entire property is beautifully maintained and set in lush, jungle-like greenery. A great escape.

The house is large, comfortable and well-equipped. We stayed there for 5 days and everything went very well.

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, and it's close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

I stayed for the second time at the house with my family. Perfect location facing one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches. Near the hospital, supermarket and several restaurants that you can walk. The house was very clean, just like the first time. Best home to stay on the coast!

The days we spent in Juqueí were great. Luci always very helpful and attentive. The place is exactly as the pictures suggest. Super equipped and organized. Perfect location, with all the comforts of sun umbrella and beach chairs always mountaineering by the condo staff who are fantastic people. Close to great restaurants. Anyway, when we get back to Juqueí we already know where to host.

We love the house, we will definitely return at another opportunity. The house is equipped with everything we need, one detail is that it has quite a long leg, so there can be no shortage of repellent! The beach is very good, has beach service, what we love for the convenience, Cícero is very friendly and helpful! The house being so complete and comfortable was great because in our stay it rained a whole day so we had to stay in the house, and how comfortable it was not an issue! André was very friendly and understandable, flexible with our check-in which helped us a lot. Alexandre who received us at the house was also very friendly and helpful, I recommend the stay to everyone!

The stay and the experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including access and use instructions for the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen with sufficient utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

On arrival we are already delighted with the path that leads to the house, a lot of nature! The house was a surprise because it is full of history and very special with several little corners to discover. We slept to the sound of the sea, we even visited a squirrel. The location is great, we made it all on foot, side beach, great restaurants nearby, boat ride to the islands. Fernanda was super attentive responding quickly and directing what she needed. Vale A lot TO know!!

The house is super beautiful, cozy and exceeded our expectations! We were very well received by the caretaker, who was attentive and always proactive throughout the stay. The house has absolutely everything you need to spend a pleasant time and have fun — from practical items to comfortable spaces. We took our two small dogs and they also enjoyed the space a lot. Everything was sensational! I highly recommend it and we would definitely come back.

We always look for places that allow pet and that make it possible to prepare quick snacks, a shake, alternating with external meals. The flat served perfectly, with various utensils and everything working. Only problem: the local voltage being 220V did not allow the use of some devices that we brought, but the staff provided us with a small transformer and everything went well. The location is perfect, practically "foot in the sand", as well as being next to a small but friendly shopping mall with lots of dining options, and close to several other restaurants, bars and street shops. You can do everything on foot. And not to mention that Juquehy remains a pleasant "villa", with only horizontal houses and condominiums. It is well worth it.

Claudia's place is impeccable, beautiful and just like the photos. The only point of attention for those who go is the time to follow the path of the apps! It's just that the street is a little hidden and Waze was running on the street from above. Google Maps helped us get straight! Claudia's restaurant tips were great! You can trust that it is all of quality! The beach is wonderful, very close to the house. The condominium is very quiet and safe. The super housekeeper helped us on the way in and out!

The accommodation is very good! Cozy and the view is amazing! Débora, our host, was very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it!

We love the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (cups, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken plus there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos of the residence. Fantastic for a few days as a family, accommodating very well 5 people. Improvement Oportundiades: Major trash in the kitchen, softer mattresses and no additional toppings (my preference), lockers slightly worn out by the sea, but in good conditions, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting on and removing the leased bed linen (detail) and a little bit more agility in communication. We'll be back for sure. Thanks a lot to Caroline and Dilson for offering us this opportunity, we think it's fantastic!!!

We spent 05 days in familia, was excellent, amphitrioes and employees of the condominium extremely attentive. We were received very well what made all the difference. Perfect location, very quiet place close to everything, no need for a car to go to the beach or to trade. Very comfortable and equipped house. We'll be back for sure !
