Beachfront holiday rental in Da Nang

My wife and I stayed at this apartment during 1 month. Fruit market nearby, 10 min to the beach. The staff are kind and friendly. Also, you can park your motorbike. We liked our stay, thx for all!

They were quick to address any questions and went above and beyond by arranging a motorbike rental for me at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the action in Da Nang. It's perfect for those who value proximity to the beach and appreciate spectacular views. Lovely place to stay with an amazing view ! The view is surprisingly better than what is advertised in the photos. Clean place, AC’s work really well and the hot water lasted long enough for 2 of us to have showers back to back Perfect location. Walking distance from the beach and surrounded by awesome restaurants and also 2 massage parlours and a milk bar on the ground floor made getting what we needed to feel comfortable at our home away from home such a breeze… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Really great apartment. Fantastic location away from most of the city noise. Very homely feel and very fast internet which is perfect for working. Had a lovely time and peaceful spring was an amazing host. Will book again.

We had a great stay! The place is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location—close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily. A special thanks to Minh for his kindness and help with a package that had to be delivered to his address. His hospitality made our experience even better. 10th floor with balcony overlooking the vast ocean. This beautiful condo provided the relaxation and healing that I was looking for. The beautiful and caring host made my stay in this foreign town so perfect. I extended my stay and would stay longer if it just were available. Now, i have a special place to come back to. The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

Brian is a great host and was always quick to respond to our messages. The apartment is as described and there are many restaurants nearby. There was just no ATM nearby. In March, you heard the strong wind loudly in the apartment We would come back. 😊

We loved our stay here. Lovely view. Lenh was super friendly and always responded when we had questions. We had breakfast every day in the restaurant that belongs to the resort. The amenities are amazing. I highly recommend this flat.

The apartment has a spacious and comfortable layout for family of four. The beach is just across the street. Lots of marts, shops, and restaurants in walkable distance. Host is very responsive and accomodated our late check-in. Check-in/check-out was very smooth. The balcony is spacious with nice ocean view for a lazy afternoon. Overall great place for a family vacation or even long term stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent – truly one of the best in Da Nang. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away, which made everything super convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and weekly cleaning was a nice bonus. The host was proactive and responsive, which made the stay even smoother. The only small downside was the lack of a large mug for tea and no dishwashing liquid provided – but those are minor details in an otherwise very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic 3 month stay at Hai Yen’s place. The accommodation is exactly as in pictures. The building is very secure and the security guards present at all times. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage place. Bed is comfortable and the ac works beautifully. The water pressure was very good in the bathroom. We had no trouble whilst staying there and will definitely come back to stay again. The apartment felt like a second home to us with all amenities as listed. The WiFi was excellent. Hai yen was fast responsive with all our queries. The building location is ideal for the beach and promenade walks. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. We will be back!

Great location right across from the beach and close to fun beach bars — there’s plenty to do in the area. During our stay, scheduled maintenance on the AC and fire system required us to switch units mid-trip. The host and her team were very proactive in communicating this and handled everything smoothly. They even arranged and covered transportation for a day trip to Hoi An for me and my girlfriend while the new unit was being prepared. My brother chose to stay behind, and they kindly provided him with a temporary unit in the meantime. We really appreciated their hospitality and flexibility. We had a wonderful time in Da Nang and would definitely recommend this place.
