Had a pleasant stay overall! The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and the location is very convenient—there’s a supermarket right downstairs, which made cooking easy. The kitchen is decently stocked, though a few essentials like oil, salt, and sugar were missing. The space itself is aesthetically done and quite comfortable. The bed placement is nice, but being under the fan would’ve made it cooler—both the fan and AC struggle a bit with cooling the entire room. The TV is massive, but just note that you’ll need to log in with your own Netflix/Prime accounts, as subscriptions aren’t provided. Would’ve appreciated an iron and a hair dryer, but these weren’t available. Despite these small things, I highly recommend this place! The building has a gym and a pool, which were a great bonus. Vishal was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

I had really a fantastic experience staying at Alok’s place! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was cozy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting to goa.

We had a great time at Shikha and Gagan’s apartment. The place is cozy, well designed, with fully functional amenities. The kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning worked well, the shared pool was nice too. We got our Swiggy and Zomato deliveries easily as well and there is enough parking available. The place is also well located to explore Panjim as well as North Goa. However, one complaint I have is with Shikha and Gagan’s communication. They sent me a message offering to arrange for taxi or self drive cars at an extra cost. However, when asked for more details about the self drive car, they never replied. They asked which car I wanted and then disappeared, only to send automated messages later. I messaged asking for an update, no response. Later, we asked Manoj, the caretaker, to help us with a taxi to the airport and he was quite clearly ripping us off. We called several taxi vendors who quoted us far lower prices than what Manoj did. We stayed at Harmony, Mr Alok’s place, for 3 days. Given my son was staying in BITS Pilani Goa campus, this was super convenient. Most importantly, the place feels like home. Not like many fancy but mostly unusable AirBnBs we stayed in. And almost as if we walked into one of our own relative’s place. Don’t think twice if you are looking to find a quiet home away from home.

Great location bang in the middle of Anjuna. Easy access to beach and restaurants and bars. Clean and neat apartment equipped with everything you need. Extended Swimming pool timings would’ve been a plus especially during summers when it’s hot during the day.

The place was quite serene. Surrounded by nature and water on all sides, it was a totally relaxing atmosphere. The checkin process was seemless and Seema didi was very attentive. I would recommend this place, if you want to have a peaceful time in Goa.

It's an Awesome experience staying at Angads Casa Gracia, It's exceeded than our expectations and villa is very well maintained in good community. care taker Binod is very helpful assisting us and provided everything what we ask on time and always available in touch. As everything was inplace in Villa itself and provided each and everything and we don't even got a chance to reach Angad at all and care taker Binod take cares everything before even we ask. I definitely recommend staying in Angad's Villa and felt sad leaving this place and looking forward to stay again when we visit Goa.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

Very well maintained place with all necessary amenities at hand. The old house feel with all present day requirements are excellently taken care of. Regular cleaning service is available at an absolutely reasonable fees The few requirements which were communicated was also promptly handled by Lincoln. Overall a very homely stay. Daily essentials in terms of grocery and toiletries is a pleasant 10 minutes walk or a 2 min bike ride. Anjona bakery nearby serves authentic Goan snacks and excellent breakfast options.
