Great place, super flexible, decent value for money given that 3 people can stay at a time. Perfect location. I was able to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

I have been frequenting Mumbai for the last 20 years and this by far is the best place I have stayed at. The aura of the place is something else. Varun, Ajay and team were super helpful. Constantly checking if things are right with us. The amenities 11/10 The experience 20/10 The View from the place 100/10 I had come here to unwind. My family was like who goes from Goa to Mumbai to unwind. And here i found the perfect spot. I am fixated on this spot now. Will definitely stay here the next time too. Thanks team.

The house is very spacious and centrally located. The hosts were very helpful during checkout when it suddenly started raining. However, the walls are thin, so you can sometimes hear the neighbors. You might also not feel very comfortable wearing certain clothes in the area as it is near a Masjid.

Hospitality was great with attention to little details making the stay comfortable and easy. Location is very convenient with good proximity to many places.This is our 2nd stay at this place during our visits to Mumbai and it has been a comfortable experience.

Nihal was an amazing host. He was very sweet and helpful. Made me feel right at home. And the property was so nice and clean. The location was also very nice. Zero interference, and a nice residential peaceful environment. Nihal took care of everything. Would love to stay here again :)

I loved the stay! I booked it for my visa appointment at the US consulate and this was just a 5 minute drive from there. The place was really clean and tidy, Rahul the caretaker was also really helpful. Place had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! The area is also great cause you can just come out the gate and you'll easily get autos and cabs. 10/10 would recommend

Really lovely this cozy place. Ideal for one person. Superb privacy and access to terrace. Great for writing and doing creative work. Basic amenities are perfect. It was really nice of Amol to come fetch me at the station as the place is a bit hard to find at first. No shared walls which truly is a blessing in a place like Mumbai. Situated In a crowded locality, but once you’re here it’s your own private haven. Highly recommended! Returning for a longer stay!

The stay was really lovely, a cozy spot perfect for 3 guests. The interiors looked exactly like they do in the pictures. The location was very convenient and easily accessible. The host was very responsive and checked in with us from time to time! Would recommend this stay as worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our family! The house had a great vibe—clean, well-kept, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was available, and the kitchen was fully functional, which made things really convenient for us. An excellent place to stay, apart from a bit tricky to find for the first time as the taxi driver was confused when we arrived there. Except this, this is a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

Its was pleasant and cozy stay at topical oasis loved it staff were very nice and cooperative responsive host all the amenities very there as listed tidy place and the hot tub was cherry on top at such a reasonable price much private. Spend most precious time with lot of me memorise 🥰

Second visit for my parents! Great value for money. Would have loved a little more flexibility with check-in and checkout. But we totally understand, as this is a busy neighbourhood with too many bookings. Overall, a good experience.

It is a very nice and cozy place. I travel to Mumbai often, and always try to stay in West Bandra. Beautiful and peaceful area with a lot of places to see, or just walk around. I loved this apartment a lot, it has a unique combination of privacy, but you somehow feel included in the life of the neighborhood. A very nice set up with personal entrance, 'hut' type room with high roof, and wooden window shutters - really cozy and special. Amenities are in good order and very decent. The only thing I was missing is water filter, which I am used to see in Mumbai apartments, though the host or housekeeper was thoughtful to provide several bottles of drinking water when I checked in - much appreciated. The place was clean, no issues whatsoever. The house staff guy who helped me with check in and check out was very friendly and caring, thank you. All in all - highly recommended!
