The house sits in a quiet, green neighbourhood just 15 minutes on foot from the vibrant city center, full of restaurants, cafés, shops, and cultural spots. Supermarkets are around the corner, and nature lovers will appreciate having Genneper Park and Stratumse Heide within easy reach. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with a 65” smart TV (Netflix, Prime, YouTube), a fully equipped kitchen for cooking at home, a large dining area, and four comfortable bedrooms. We continuously renovate and maintain the house, ensuring a clean, welcoming stay for every guest. Whether you're visiting for work, events, exploring Eindhoven, or simply enjoying time together, our home offers the ideal balance of space, comfort, and location.

Complete upstairs apartment in "De Bergen" At 50 meters from Wilhelminaplein you will find our complete upstairs apartment with its own entrance. The house is located on the first and second floor of a building in which we ourselves occupy the ground floor. Walking distance to downtown and the station. Good connections to Strijp-S, TUE, ASML etc.. Suitable for business travelers. Maximum period of stay is 14 days. Longer stays are possible by arrangement; please send a request for information. Boshuis de Bonte Roos, in a biodiverse private forest

Unique overnight stay in a food forest! This cozy, detached forest house with adjacent single-story studio is suitable for 1-5 people, with free Wi-Fi and TV. In addition to a fireplace, there are various seating options, including in the shed with lounge set, there are 2 hammocks and 2 tandems. Parking is available on site (at your own risk). Walking and cycling routes start at the forest house. A guarantee for a luxurious and carefree stay on 1ha of private (food) forest, in the middle of the Molenheide forest area.

Welcome to our bright, spacious apartment, a 5-minute walk from the bustling center of Eindhoven. The apartment is built around a patio, allowing a lot of daylight to enter. With a private entrance, complete privacy and a fully equipped kitchen, we offer a warm, homey stay. Parking can be paid for in front of the door, outside the ring free of charge. The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
