Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom. Just a note, we do not have a TV but do offer free WIFI. **There are quite a few stairs going up to the apartment.

Built in 1892 this house ranks in the top 15 eldest homes in Pocahontas. Much of the original character has been kept with modern updates like central air/heat and Wi-Fi.
