The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Boating Mecca: Near Dale Hollow Lake & Golf!

Spend a week in the Kentucky countryside, and stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental, just a short drive from the shores of Dale Hollow Lake and boat launches. Get out on the water for boating and fishing, or stay at home and relax on the private deck, complete with a gas grill! Unwind as you read a book in the hammock, or take a trip to Dale Hollow Park for endless outdoor fun! With a full kitchen, Smart TVs, and a central location, this pet-friendly cottage is the ideal getaway!

On top of comfortable, this house is close to all things Cookeville - 1.5 miles to downtown Cookeville, 8 miles to Cummins Falls, 1 mile to TTU and the hospital, 4 miles to Crossfit and 12 miles to Burgess Falls. Keurig in 2nd bedroom to not disturb others. Relax in the whirlpool tub after a long day. Cook on the grill or out over the fire pit. As half of a duplex, you could rent out the other half, Wine Knot, for larger groups. 10 mi south of Burkesville, KY, 13 mi north of Celina, TN.
