I loved this little place. It’s super cute and it had everything we needed. Restaurants were just a little walk away and alot of places to grab a drink or whatever you need. I would definitely stay here again.

I love staying at Jaxie's! Its very central to anywhere in Dallas with highway 75 a few blocks away plus the neighborhood is very nice with excellent restaurants and bars in very walkable distance. A very sweet spot of Dallas. Jaxsie is a great host!!

We will stay here again, the bed was very comfortable and the space was the perfect size for our needs. Matthew was responsive and very helpful from our check in to check out.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Fantastic price considering the location, if you enjoy bar crawling and great food this is a fantastic option for you. Brandon was very responsive and actually reached out multiple hours in advance to offer an alternative for parking since he had noticed our reserved space was occupied. Apartments amenities are in good condition, some furniture scratched and stained but very clean. Water provided in fridge was great for the heat! Like other reviews mention, the pool view is nice, but residents are very loud. Didn’t bother us because we were away during majority of the day and it was quiet by night, but if planning to stay in during the day be aware that it can be very noisy.

Beautiful space and amazing host. Luiz is an excellent communicator and goes that extra mile to ensure comfort and ease.

I am glad I read the other reviews prior to staying here for the information on parking. That part was a little tricky. The unit was perfect for us. It is larger than the photos. It was clean and had an amazing view. Would stay here again. Host was very responsive.

I enjoyed Jacob’s place - It was spacious, nice and clean, and was exactly as described. Close to downtown as well. I felt safe there as a solo traveler. I would definitely stay there again!

Great stay close to downtown. Clean and very tidy. Exceptional and clear directions on how to get into the secure apartment. Perfect for our 2 night stay in Dallas!

Walkable to downtown & Deep Ellum. Farmers market & restaurants were close. Place was clean with plenty of towels & necessities. Check-in was easy. Needed an app to get entry to pedestrian gate. Parking was on the 4th floor and apartment was on the 3rd.

The apartment was a quick 15 minute walk to the convention center. The hosts were super responsive when we had questions. They had 2 free parking spots which was so helpful. We would stay again.

A beautifully decorated and well appointed place to stay during our time in Dallas. Communication was excellent. The neighborhood wasn’t super walkable, but we felt safe.

We were very happy with our stay. It was exactly like the photos and Jae &Kat were very detailed in accommodations and how to get around the place. 10/10 would stay again!
