The main building has a grand open air living and dining area, 2 master bedrooms upstairs and 1 small apartment with a kitchenette. The beach is just 9 min walk away from Ziba. The daily rate is for the entire villa (5 bedrooms) for standard season. Rates for renting 2-5 bedrooms, high and peak seasons differ and are stated below. NOTE: The remaining rooms of the villa will NOT be rented out to other guests while there are paying guests staying in the villa. The empty rooms will just be unavailable.

The housekeeper will serve breakfast every morning (8am to 11am) and do cleaning. Gardener and pool man will come twice a week. Breakfast is included in price.
