Holiday rentals with a patio in Danao City

This was our third stay on John's place and I always loved to be here. Room is nice, comfortable and complete. The location is great which is very near to beaches! The place is always quiet, has the best view and I love the people around there! I hope to be back soon 🫶🏼💖

ロケーションが良い。周辺にはリゾート向けのレストランや施設だけでなく、ローカルが集まるお店もあり楽しめる。バスセンターがありセブ本島へも便利。部屋は清潔でプールは快適。有料だが宿泊者ならプライベートビーチが利用できる点も良い。入室時タオル類が無かったのとセーフティボックスが動作しなかったが、連絡したらすぐに対応してくれました。

This place was fantastic, one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in,. Such a well fitted condo, had everything it stated and more, lots of extras other places just don’t have. Really well thought out condo, the swimming pool is fantastic with pool side cafe, a 7/11 just 2 mins walk, taxis easy, and a nice Buffett breakfast available at hotel on roof deck with 360 views of Cebu. Marcley’s communication was excellent, and I made a couple of late changes to my stay dates and he was very helpful, thank you,. This condo and host was the complete package, 5/5, I’m so glad I stayed here and highly recommend., Thank you Marcley,. May 2025

語学学校に通うため、パートナーと2人で3週間滞在しました。治安の良い場所かつ、スーパーマーケット、薬局、スターバックス、ファーストフード店、フードコートが至近という立地がとてもよく、安心しながら利便性の高い滞在ができました。 施設内のプールも温水で海も見え、とてもリラックスできて良かったです！ ホストの連絡や対応も迅速かつ誠実で感謝しています。 一点だけ、夜中に外のイベント？クラブ？のEDMサウンドが聞こえやすく眠りが浅い方は耳栓の持参をオススメします。

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the large space—it was perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The kitchen was fully functional, which made it easy to prepare our own meals. A special shoutout to Kuya Buddy, who was very polite, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

The place was perfect for our family. Had lots of activities to do. The caretaker was also very hands on with what we needed. Highly recommended

We were in Cebu / Lapu2x for the week, Dana's place was comfortably located near my son's football training camp in the vicinity. Instantly the house felt like home. The 2nd bedroom with an office table setup was perfect - had a full day virtual meet & productive focused work. Dana was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend the place for families.

This place was amazing!!! Even better than we thought it's gonna be. We have extended our stay as nothing else could compare with it and all of us felt great there. You could stay there for a week and don't leave this place and not feeling bored. Gilbert, a guy who was hosting us felt like being a part of our family. I have no words how to describe his help. He took us by heart. We are missing this place already same as we're missing Gilbert. Part of why we will be back is to see Gilbert. If you want to relax, but also feel local life this is the place. Better in real life than on the photos. We feel lucky finding this place.

The room was very spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is central, but getting anywhere requires more than just walking distance, which has to take a taxi. it’s definitely great value, and I would stay here again next time.

The unit is incredibly clean and so peaceful. In addition, the host is extremely quick to respond. We are truly thankful to have discovered this place. My family can't wait to return.

Er is beveiliging beneden het gebouw en voor de poort, maakt het sowieso al een stuk fijner. Verder is het zwembad geweldig en gym faciliteiten super. De kamer zelf van alle gemakken voorzien en zelfs water wat je kan pakken. Top dus!

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

The room is aesthetic and has everything that I need. The balcony view is a plus! Will book again!

Great place it’s a little bit tucked away in an alley but was private and peaceful while still nearby to a lot of walkable places to eat and shop. Would stay again.

Really really enjoyed our stay here. I love the balcony setup, everything is clean, the pool is quiet small but we had it all for ourselves, which rarely happens when I book BnBs. So smooth check-in, non hassle, bang for the buck, and I could totally see myself booking here again.
