This place was such a good weekend get away! This cabin is super private which we loved. So much wild life! and they had lots of fun activities to offer! Lovely space!

My group of 6 had a fantastic weekend stay at Marla’s place! Marla was very communicative prior to our arrival, and instructions were clear on check in, the hot tub, and check out. The cabin was spacious with plenty of room for 6 adults to socialize together or spread out either inside or outside. The photos and descriptions are accurate- I felt we got exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed gathering inside around the table, outside on the deck, around the fire, and down on the beach. The beach was sandy and clear- a huge bonus. I would recommend Marla’s for both adults and families with kids.

Our family thrived at Liz’s cabin! The river was perfect for my younger kids—calm and shallow in most areas, great for first-time kayakers. For more adventure, we tried paddling upstream, which was a fun challenge and a great life lesson in perseverance! Downstream and around the cabin is smooth and peaceful, perfect for kids. I recommend bringing a cooler with simple meal ingredients. I packed sandwich supplies but wished I’d brought more—vodka pasta would be ideal here! I made a quick run into town for spaghetti, but options are limited (as Liz notes in her very helpful guide). We also had dinner at Pokegama Lakeside—great food, a beautiful lake view, and an authentic Native American canoe on display! Liz has created a truly magical place. The natural landscaping, cozy cabin details, and high-quality linens made it so comfortable. Thank you, Liz, for such a special stay!

Absolutely exceptional cabin in rural Wisconsin! The space was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel cozy and luxurious. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tub and watching the beavers by the water—such a peaceful and unique experience. Highly recommend!

We found a fantastic getaway spot outside the Twin Cities that was just the right distance for my family. It offered the perfect break from our daily routine, and we had everything we needed. The friendly hosts were always quick to respond and help with any questions or needs. The hammocks and hot tub/rec room were a huge hit with my family. I highly recommend it for a mini getaway.

Beautiful cabin! Our family felt right at home. We brought our own boat- the ramp is close and private dock was perfect! Would highly recommend this cabin! 😊

We loved our stay at this beautiful and very private cabin. Obviously the photos are gorgeous and we knew we were going to love the overall feel, but it truly is wonderful being there. The giant windows open to the lake view and surrounding woods is heaven and are the part that I miss the most now that we're home. We really liked the fact that the cabin has a lived in feel (in the best way). I was worried that it would be TOO perfect and I wouldn't want to touch anything. LOVED the sauna so so much and it was beyond amazing that our lab was able to come with us. They had all the kitchen appliances/tools you'd need and having life jackets to use was awesome. I think reviews are such a good way to gain feedback from guests so I'll just list a few improvements/preferences here: softer sheets, a scissors, and a mop/swiffer to keep the floors clean. This cabin was very very tranquil and quiet during the week which is exactly what we were hoping for. We'd love to come back in the winter!

This cabin is really nice. They have quality amenities. The owner was very responsive. It was a relaxing girls trip. The beds are really comfortable and all around very homey. 10/10 would recommend.

Jeff was very accommodating with any of our needs/requests, and the location was perfect for our trip requirements. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you may wish to do during your stay as well, removing the need to go out to eat if you wish to. My familey and I look forward to another stay here everytime we will be visiting in the area in the future!

Brian’s place is very clean and nice. Brian was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Overall, we had a great time and I hope to stay again.

We had a very fun time and Keith and Sara were helpful when we had any questions. The area is beautiful and canoeing on the lake is a must!

In need of a fun and flexible place to stay near some old college friend I returned to Airbnb to find this wonderful cabin! Worked out great, easy arrival, woke to great views of the river, coffee by the water…. Great way to enjoy my visit.

Brandi and her place was amazing! Fit all our needs, close to our event in solon springs but still felt like we were in the middle of the woods. Great views of the water from the living room table. Very clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend!

This is 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at Bailey's and loved it. The house is beautiful and she provides tons of ammenities. Love sitting on deck looking over the lake and watching the geese with their babies, ducks and babies and plenty of Eagles.

Ami is flexible, responsive in communication and a very thoughtful b host! The space is well cared for and loved. Beautiful views of the lake from inside the cabin and game room. The kitchen is well equipped for making food on-site. We enjoyed the game room in the evenings and appreciated watching and listening to the birds on the lake in the morning. We enjoyed being away from technology and the peace of this space.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. We cooked out, roasted s’more’s, played a round of golf, and went for a nice walk. It fit 8 people comfortably and the gaming area was fun for everyone. We did not get a chance to use the sauna but it looked nice inside. We were all very happy with the stay.

We have only come in the warmer months so this was a real treat to come in the winter. Easy to use indoor fireplace and kitchen has everything we needed. Grocery store either in Hinckley or Danbury. We went snowshoeing right after a snowfall. It was beautiful and got a bit lost; we should've brought a map that is provided in the cabin...We called and owners immediately helped us by co.ing to rescue us from the trails around Beaver Pond. We will be back this summer and again next Winter!!!

This was our second stay at this beautiful lake house, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! Even though the weather wasn’t perfect this time, the house more than made up for it—it’s modern, clean, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We really appreciated the hosts' recommendation to check out the local indoor pool, which was a fun way to spend a rainy few hours. The lake is incredibly clear and peaceful—such a calming view to wake up to. Our kids had a blast fishing and paddling around in the paddle boat. The whole trip flew by way too fast, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. A new local favorite for us this trip was Redemption Cafe—an absolutely adorable outdoor spot that’s perfect for a coffee break, ice cream, and antiques. Highly recommend stopping by! This house continues to be a special retreat for our family!

This was my second visit to Deb's place and I'll be planning another in the fall. I love how cozy and homey her place is. Thank you for thr great stay!

We enjoyed our stay as it had most everything we needed to stay there and make meals. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses. It was missing paper towels and it napkins. Could have used directions to using the stove but we figured it out eventually. There was one ATV trails real close to the house and then in Danbury the owner of Throttle RX was very helpful with a map and directions on how to get on other trails. We were lucky to have good weather. thanks for sharing your cabin.

We stayed here for Mother's Day weekend and it was everything I could have asked for. Private and peaceful with beautiful lake views. Jeff was very responsive and sent us all the necessary instructions prior to checking in. The house and property were exactly what I expected from the pictures.

Jack’s cute red cabin was the perfect Up North getaway for us 4 sisters. Tucked in the pines with a beautiful westerly view. It’s nicer than the pics show. So many special touches and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. Long Lake is clean and sandy. The house is located in a shallow bay but Jack added a boardwalk to the dock. So it was easy to get over the boggy area. We rented his pontoon at a reasonable rate and enjoyed touring the lake. We also canoed - paddle boards were also available. Fire pit and screened porch - excellent! We ate dinner at Cabaret in Webb Lake - about 2 miles away and at Voyager Village 4 miles(?) - both had good food. Hiked at Big Bear lake nature trails - nice. Very enjoyable trip.
