Perfect summer vacation spot near the city of Stockholm. Fantastic family house in a calm area 15 minutes with car outside Stockholm, Sjöberg. A modern house with 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, separate tv-room. open kitchen and living room. A nice garden with small pool and a trampoline. Has separate guesthouse if needed for 3 extra people. The house has forest just behind. Close to the bus stop, supermarket, sushi, pizza restaurant, playgrounds and water (both lake and the sea).

Our wonderful newly built new england house is only 500 from the Marina in Viggbyholm! Nature is around the corner with running tracks, forests and it is only 20 minutes to Stockholm. The area is very safe! The house has five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool and small plot with trampoline for the children. All the amenities needed are in the house - washing machine, drying cabinet, dryer, micro etc. Barbecue and deck. Right next to Näsbypark in Täby

Open all year around. In direct access from the house there is one Swimming pool with 27-30 degC of size 7m x 3,5m and it is open from may until september. Nice area for dining outside.
