Cozy guest suite/basement apartment with separate entrance for nature lovers. Lake and capitol views from breakfast nook with microwave and mini fridge and coffeemaker. Full kitchen coming fall 2025. Quiet, woodsy, neighborhood adjacent to Governor Nelson State Park. Completely painted and updated 7/25/24. Tiki level, pier, and kayaks for guest use. People love the views, the hot tub and woods. It is a 1929 cabin so many stairs, some indoor insects and limited space. Well behaved pets welcome!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Walkable to tons of restaurants , concert venues and sporting activities. My house is 1 house from the Yahara River, and 2 blocks from the popular Lake Monona. Bike paths are everywhere. Small boutique grocery stores are just a few blocks away. My neighborhood is also central to all the hip festivals during the summer in Madison. Walking distance to the Capitol . 3 miles to Camp Randall(Badger Football).
