位於台南科學園區附近的豪宅套房非常乾淨又舒適的裝潢套房有著飯店的品質但只要民宿的價格房源距離南科與善化市區皆不遠獨立式的套房,可住2人屋內有完整的廚房可以烹煮，小健身房可以運動，並有滾筒式洗衣機可以免費使用 The house is near Tainan Science Park and also close Shanhua downtown. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, it's good for 1 or 2 people stay. There is a full kitchen in the house to cook and a small gym can be exercised. If you stay longer, we have a drum type washing machine that can be used for free.

原為台電保線所。 1樓台電人員辦公空間， 2樓為家眷們的住所，即使身為一家之主的巡山員幾週未能返家，小孩放學回家可以放心在一樓玩耍，家眷們相互照應著，如同一個大家庭般。這些年因設備更新、人員異動，該站所已荒廢多年。去年重新活化作為民宿保留原格局老屋翻新讓旅人們也能感受40年前家眷比鄰而居的小社區風貌。

The hostel is self check in. The owner is very quick to reply to messages and answer questions. I booked the same day and he messaged me back instantly. He was very kind and helpful. The dorm is one big room sharing AC and sound, but the women’s beds have their own section behind a locked door for privacy. The AC was very strong. The bed is spacious, large enough to sit up in. Each bed had it’s own light and power outlet. The men’s beds had curtains, but the women’s beds did not- but again, they are separate from the men’s dorm area. The room was very clean. The bathroom provided body soap and slippers. The dorm is connected to a roof patio, which is a fun extra. The hostel is located in a neighborhood, but not far from a 7/11 and many other stores and restaurants. You even get a voucher for a free breakfast item at a nearby restaurant. For an area with limited options, this hostel is a good and very affordable choice!

I stayed at Kinkay's house to visit the Yanshui Beehive Festival. The accomodation got everything I wanted and I even received a welcoming soda drink. Kinkay and his wife were friendly hosts.
