Liliana was a great host. Everything was exactly how it was advertised. On arrival the lobby of the building was a little shabby but once i got to the elevator it was great! The apartment was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great too! I had everything i needed in the apartment plus an amazing view. Thanks again!

pompano is an amazing city to visit and Josh place is prime for a great walk to the beach close to great restaurants a true home away from home experience needless to say to the point I didn’t want to leave but in all I would definitely recommend if you want a oasis feel that charm of the city eatery this is the place I would recommend to get for your stay a true heaven feel .

Location is great, bed is comfortable. The place was very clean. Host is responsive. I have no complaints and would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at Michael’s property. He greeted us at the property and showed us around. The property is well maintained and located near Wilton Manors, the airport, and a short drive from the beach. I will definitely be staying here when I return to Ft. Lauderdale in the future.

We had such a great vacation. The house was like our own mini resort. There was so much to do for both adults and children. It’s so close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We look forward to staying again soon!

This house was amazing! We had a great time and did not want to leave! The house is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated. The grill is a great amenitie if you want to cook out. We totality took advantage on Memorial Day! Vanessa was very responsive and answered any questions that we had. If you are unsure of this home, book it now!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Great place to stay for any vacation . This place has a great view of the beach and also walking distance. Fast working elevators were a bonus. Host was great at communicating and giving clear instructions. Will stay again in the future!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

My stay was for a solo get away and this space could not have been more perfect. The private outdoor space and beautifully equipped indoor spaces made it easy to safely and comfortably unwind. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Being able to borrow the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made it even easier to enjoy my stay. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a place to with luxury, comfort and convenience.

Great stay! Perfect location. Spotless condition, felt like home. Smelled and looked clean, canal views were perfect, pool was nice as well. Made for a great vacation! Everything you needed was there. Would book again!
