In addition, a bathroom on the 1st floor and a toilet on the ground floor. The house has a large, lovely south-facing enclosed courtyard, where you can enjoy the sun all day. You can park on the street close to the house for two hours free of charge between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Otherwise, there is free parking around the clock about a five-minute walk from the house

Wonderful townhouse in the heart of Nordby on Fanø.

Our cozy newly built (2022) annex is located in the heart of the old Nordby. In the annex, there is a living room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), large bathroom and entrance. From the home, it is 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.

Annekset med sovepladser giver ekstra fleksibilitet. Loftshøjden er lavere end i moderne huse, ca. 209 cm mellem bjælker og 185–190 cm under. Beliggende på stor grund og tæt på Rømøs brede strande og unikke natur. Perfekt til: familier, par, vennepar, natur- og strandoplevelser. Ophold tæt på Vadehavet. Kæledyr ikke tilladt.

Huset ligger godt i læ for vestenvinden lige bag klitten. 200 meter til stranden, hvor der er rig mulighed for krabbefiskeri, eller løbe efter mågerne, eller bade. Husets have er en ren oase, med et rigt dyreliv. Her er plads til at nyde kaffen, eller slappe af under havens træer. Måske kommer haren, eller fasanen forbi. Glem ikke den smukke solnedgang på toppen af Klitten, ca 50 meter. Mandø har en lille købmand.

The house is located in a quiet/peaceful and beautiful area along the edge of the dunes. The house is from 2019/2020. Housing: 65 m2. Outside, there is a nice large wooden terrace of about 90 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue. The plot is 547 m2 and has good parking facilities. See rental rules below.

The only thing to note - however, very important, is that the railway is right next to the house, as the cottage was previously a caretaker's house and there is no fence🛤️
