There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Welcome to a new, all-season holiday home in Masuria. The house has 160m2, a large living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna and a terrace. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

Our cottage is located just above the old riverside, offering peace and quiet and beautiful views. Staying in the village of Budne is the perfect escape from the city's buzz. The cottage is located in the center of the Biabrzan National Park, where you can easily find elk, hear goose, and the reverb of frogs. During the stay, guests have the whole cottage, quite a big terrace, fire pit, and barbecue. It's also important to have garbage sorting.
