A year-round cottage in the village of Oszkina. Lake Sejwa is 200 meters away. On the edge of the forest. On the ground floor there is a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. There is a direct exit to the patio from the living room. Bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two rooms. One has a double bed, the other has two single beds. Each room has air conditioning, clothes hangers, dresser. Two-car parking. There is a sauna on the property. There is also a barbecue, patio furniture, sun loungers.

It consists of a main cottage (3 rooms. living room with dining room and kitchenette) and a treehouse (1 room with bathroom+ terrace among trees). The area is conducive to outdoor recreation,including hiking, biking, and water sports. Nearby there is an inn and Wigry narrow-gauge Railway. Our place is also a great base for exploring the attractions of the region, such as the Pokamedul monastery or Augustów.
