We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

You can stroll a 1/2 mile to the beach, cozy up to the fireplace, walk downtown, catch a show at the theater, or discover Boston, Salem (2 miles away), or other quaint seaside towns. Tucked around the corner from downtown Beverly, in a quiet and historic neighborhood. This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom.

Master suite with king bed and a full bath. Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, bedroom 2 with a day bed and a set up office. Parking up to 2 or 3 cars. This house is close to nearby historical sites, and easy access to the highways (95, 93, Rt1, 128) which makes it ideal for vacations or business trips.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A great spot to unwind and experience Cape Ann. You will enjoy the apartment all to yourself. Entrance to the apartment is same level as parking so no stairs. The apartment is located in the basement of our primary residence. The space is located 45 min from Boston and 5 min drive to the commuter rail with access to Boston and Rockport. Additionally, we are a short drive to Gordon and Endicott College.

We are at the end of a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood. A five minute walk to downtown and ten restaurants with diverse menus and varied prices. We are four miles to historic Salem.
