The private lake is a protected area (no gas-powered motors allowed) and is brimming with trout and other species of fish each year. A paddle board, canoe and kayak will be at your disposal. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land.
