The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. Minutes away from Burke and just a hop off of I-91, this is your start and end to a great day in the NEK. There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Starlink internet to upload your adventures at blazing speed!

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.
