This fully renovated granny flat located in our rear garden offers private side entrance with modern interior, brand new bathroom and a kitchenette. Located in Preston, 15 minutes walk to the famous Preston Market, supermarkets and train station. 5 min walk to 86 tram. The kitchenette has induction hob, coffee machine, fridge, and Microwave. Wifi included with a working desk space as well as an armchair with 50 inch TV.

This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV.
