Set in Potts Point/ Elizabeth Bay , this apartment is steps away from fab boutiques, great restaurants, the best coffee and cool bars. Well serviced by public transportation and an easy walk from the Opera House, Botanic Gardens as well as Elizabeth and Rushcutter’s Bay. Great running and kids parks are nearby. You'll have one parking spaces to use in the secure garage beneath the apartment building. The car parking space is smallish and suited to a small or mid size car. Ask the parking garage is quite tight which makes a large car difficult to park.

No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by
