Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep & arable farm. A peaceful place where you can unwind and reset. Great outside living provides a bbq/fire pit with accessories on request to roast or do one-pot meals and a gas BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

There is a well stocked farm and coffee shop in the village, Hidcote and Kiftsgate gardens are nearby, and there are numerous delightful walks locally.

The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. IDYLLIC COSY WEST WING CLOSE TO CHIPPING CAMDEN

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax
