Zwei Zimmer auf derselben Etage werden von Familienmitgliedern genutzt. Gute Anbindung: 5 Min. zur Tram, 20 Min. in die Innenstadt oder ins Grüne. Laufnähe zur TU Lichtwiese. Parken meist direkt vor dem Haus möglich.

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.
