Separated from the main house by a courtyard, the apartment is in a converted barn on 3 levels. On the middle level, there is a bathroom and kitchenette and a queen-size box-spring bed. A steep staircase leads to a loft with a double bed. The entrance area (lower level) is located with a glass front facing the courtyard. The bathroom, kitchen and gallery have windows to the garden. 6 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn subway station to Frankfurt (about 30 minutes to the city), good connection to the A3. Currently 2G!

The 1-room apartment with daylight kitchen & daylight bathroom/ EFH is located directly on a bike route - no traffic noise. Parking directly at the house possible. The house sits on a railway line. A sleep not too light is an advantage - we ourselves have been living here & feel very comfortable for over 10 years. Soundproofing windows. Due to the adjacent train route, you have an ideal connection (walk: 3 min) to DA, Ffm & Umland. City center by car around 7 km Relaxed outdoor seating is available.
