You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. The recently enlarged cottage sleeps 4, with the possibility of parking a vehicle in a closed and secure courtyard. Breakfast offered at an extra cost, €8/person (given the night before)
