Holiday rentals with a pool in Darwin City

I recently stayed at Matthew’s place with a group of friends for a holiday in Darwin. Matthew’s place was absolutely fantastic and a wonderful experience for our group. It was exactly as described in the listing, and was a fantastic place for a group to enjoy sunny Darwin. The house is very spacious, full of amenities and had a lovely outdoor area also. Matthew was very quick to respond whenever we had a query and the check in and check out process was simple and exactly as described. We never once had any issue with the house and would recommend it to anyone staying in Darwin.

Very nice place. And kind host. Clean and close to the squash court. We really enjoyed staying here.

Home away from home. This house had every thing we needed and more. Our family loved the house and the pool. The kids corner inside and outside kept our kids entertained which was so relaxing for us. We loved visiting the green tree frog and fishes every morning. We have recommended this house to family and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Darwin. Thanks Sean & Cate

Beata was such a wonderful host. She was so lovely and very easy to talk to and super quick with responding. Her house was absolutely stunning in a peaceful location. The kids LOVED the pool and the nice big bath. 3 bathrooms for a bigger group staying made it so easy for everyone. We highly recommend Beata's place. Cullen Bay Villa is extra special! Justine has thought of everything, from fresh flowers on the table to a stocked pantry and treats in the fridge, books, toys, pool noodles, everything to make a holiday in a gorgeous spot. The best view to watch a sunset, walking distance to coffee and restaurants this place is a real home away from home. I am disappointed we only stayed 3 nights! Justine was so responsive and is even proactively posting items we left behind ! I’d love to go back one day. It has set the bar high for airbnbs. Thanks again

Very nice place to stay. Close to town, retaurants and other services. The place was clean although we were unable to locate a broom.

Great place with access to everything you need within walking distance

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and loved the apartment. Location is perfect to walk to Darwin City, Mindil Beach and Casino, Cullen Bay. The views are amazing, sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone. Having the comforts of home when on holidays was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this Darwin CBD apartment! The location is perfect — just a stone’s throw away from fishing wharfs and jetties, and within easy driving distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is tucked away on a quiet street, giving us peaceful, restful nights. One of our favourite features was the spacious balcony with a lovely sea view and refreshing breeze — we found ourselves spending a lot of time there, especially in the mornings. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The well-equipped kitchen and generous cooking space made it easy for us to prepare our own breakfasts and dinners. Parking was also hassle-free with convenient car park access. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and made our Darwin trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at Doug’s lovely place for a week. His apartment was very spacious, photos don’t do it justice, the apartment is great for families. kitchen fully equipped and a coffee machine and pods for coffee lovers. A fully equipped laundry which is super handy whilst on holidays. A lovely balcony to enjoy a beverage and snacks. Beds and pillows are super comfy with fresh crisp linen. Plenty of board games to keep family entertained. Air conditioners worked great! My family and I didn’t have far to go into CBD to explore or find a restaurant. Great communication with Doug, very quick to respond for any questions. So all in all a wonderful stay! Thank you Doug :)

Hi Kerri-Ann Thank you for your kind hospitality. The bacon, eggs, milk, butter and bread were a really nice touch! After a long flight we were really grateful that we had something for breakfast the next day without having to leave the unit ! We loved the unit and will definitely stay again.
