Zen in Zuccoli: newly built home+pool+theatre room

Lovely stay! The apartment was spotless and with brand new furnitures and appliances. The room was spacious with a large closet and air conditioning. Shared bathroom and kitchen, but we were alone in the house as the host, Scott, was on vacation and the other room empty. Ziggy, the dog, was adorable, super friendly and kept us company during the stay. We also had access to the washing machine and there was a small covered place in the garage where to hang wet clothes. We didn’t use the pool as we didn’t have time for that but it looked nice and relaxing. The location is a bit far from the center so we recommend it to people who come with a car. The door was a little bit hard to open, but once we managed to contact Scott, he called us and gave us instructions on how to enter the house.

The host Bridget is amazing! I had a delayed luggage issue on arrival and she offered me toiletries and clothing to borrow. She went well above and beyond and is really caring.

The Flame Tree

We had the most amazing 5-night stay at Susie’s Airbnb in Girraween! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Waking up to the peaceful sounds of birds chirping and seeing kangaroos foraging right outside the property was a highlight of our stay. It’s a nature lover’s paradise! Susie has thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The house is well-equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need, truly making it feel like a home away from home. It’s a perfect spot for families looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Australian bush. The location is ideal too! Just a short 5-minute drive to Coolalinga, where you can grab groceries or enjoy a meal, and perfectly situated between stunning nature parks like Berry Springs National Park and Howard Springs Nature Park. Plus, it’s far enough from the busy city of Darwin, offering the peace and tranquility that we were looking for. If you love nature and want a peaceful retreat surrounded by wildli

Berry Springs Cabin One.

A peaceful location and close to Berry Springs Nature Park and supermarket. Michelle kindly allowed us early check in to place our food into the fridge before heading off to Litchfield National Park. A great place to stay and Michelle is a friendly and warm person. We would definitely stay there again.

Luxury rural cabin with pool 'The Paddock'

Sarah has been nothing short of amazing, even patiently answering all my questions before I booked. She kindly allowed us to take some beautiful wedding photos on the property and made it possible for my bridesmaids and mum to get ready for the big day in such a stunning setting. The place itself was absolutely incredible. Sarah truly goes the extra mile for her guests, providing thoughtful touches like coffee, milk, cereal, and even a lovely platter. It’s the finer details that really stood out, she’s thought of everything, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Her guest guide was especially helpful, with easy-to-follow instructions for all the appliances, plus great recommendations for where to eat and what to do in the area. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer and soak it all in. We will definitely be back, hopefully for our anniversary!

Berry Springs Cabin Two

RobynRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Great little cabin to stay for visiting Berry Springs (3km) or further on to Litchfield or even day trip into Darwin. Self contained, spacious and comfortable. Cabin was clean and had a lovely deck out the front. It was really well priced for what it was and was a great base for day trips. Everything was perfect for us and I would definitely like to stay again if we’re in the area. Thanks Michelle for having us stay.

Lakeside Studio Cabin

MarieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a beautiful and relaxing stay, the perfect couple’s escape. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an abundance of birdlife right outside our cabin. It was such a joy to sit on the veranda and quietly photograph them. The cabin was simple, cosy, and stayed cool with either aircon or fresh air through open windows. Having our own private pontoon made it feel extra special. It was the perfect peaceful spot to sit and take in the scenery. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable: hot showers, a cosy bed, and all the essentials. The nearby pub is just five minutes away, and a small shop had everything we needed. A huge bonus was that it’s pet-friendly! Dog rules were simple (on-lead, no dogs on beds), so we could relax and enjoy without worry. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy nature, especially with a dog by your side.
