Loft holiday rentals in Datong District

This is my second stay at Paul’s Airbnb. Aside from everything I mentioned in my first review (September 2020), I will say that Paul’s cancellation policy is incredibly flexible (as of this writing). With my flights being cancelled/rescheduled a few times due to the pandemic, this flexibility was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

다른 지역에 여행을 마치고 하루밖에 머무르지 못했습니다. 좋은 가격에 깨끗하고 호스트 대응도 빠랐네요. 근처 유명한 맛집도 있고 까르푸도 가깝고 용산사까지 도보로 이동 가능했습니다.

Appartement très bien situé à 5 min du métro, dans un quartier animé. Facile à trouver et super réaction de l’hôte. Appartement manque un petit peu de rangement pour 3 personnes (aucune garde robe). Et petit bémol, le nettoyage avait été fais de façon superficiel, de la poussière en haut des meubles, et le rideau de douche était taché de noir.

我们连住了一周，楼下非常方便，便利店，超市，西门商区都可步行到达。

This apartment is amazing! It's incredibly cozy and in an amazing location, a few blocks away from the main Ximen area where all the stores are. I stayed there by myself, but I think this would be the perfect place for a couple. It has everything you need and the host is very nice and helpful. Always communicating and making sure everything was fine. I would love to stay here again next time I'm in Taipei. 100% percent recommend!

Great location for first time tourists in Taiwan!

We had a great stay at this cozy Airbnb! The place was perfect, and we felt right at home. Everything was super clean and comfortable, we couldn't have asked for more. We'll definitely be booking it again for our next getaway. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a relaxing escape within Taiwan.

Max is a great host & he is very concerned about everything we need while we stay in. Surely, I will stay here again if I back to Taipei 💕 my family also felt comfortable at his apartment, thank you Max 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

我們的旅程4成人，2小童（3y)(9y)，剛到埗房東會在樓下迎接，房東一直很幫手，回覆非常快速，亦非常有禮貌和親切！ 住屋環境寬敞，乾淨整潔，日常生活所需的用品也很齊全，很有家的感覺！ 三個房間，兩個浴室，適合一家大細入住！ 民宿附近亦有超級市場和便利店（步行約1至2分鐘），民宿離西門町亦很近！ 真心推介！

Had an amazing time staying here at Taipei. The host was extremely responsive & helpful with any questions we had. My family was really impressed with how comfortable they were during their stay. Definitely would rebook with them on our next Taipei trip!

Responsive and friendly host. The place is spacious and comfortable with sufficient daily necessities provided. The shower is a bit weak (but usable), everything else is good. There are a few steps of stairs after entering the main gate before reaching the elevator, beware of that if it may be an issue. There are also convenient stores downstairs as well as a good variety of shops and restaurants nearby, it was overall a pleasant stay.

타이베이의 매력을 잘 느낄 수 있는 최고의 숙소였습니다. 번화가 중심인데도 안전하고 조용해서 좋았습니다. 친절하고 응답 빠른 호스트에 감사드리며 대만에 오면 다시 오고 싶습니다.

Great location for an affordable price. Place is new and very clean. All amenities are working perfectly. Host was very responsive and helpful. Only downside is that is slightly small and will not fit more than 2 pax.

마리오와 함께하는 귀엽고 편안한 숙소! 침대는 편안했고, 안내된 모든 것(멀티탭과 변압기까지!)이 집에 있으며, 화장실은 환기가 잘 되고 좋은 냄새가 납니다. 새벽 3시에도 입실이 가능했습니다. (밤 11시 이후 체크인 하는 분들, 체크인 전 열쇠가 없으면 상주 중인 경비 분에게 도움을 요청하세요!) 바로 옆에 경찰서가 있으며 시먼딩역까지 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 까르푸, 편의점, 여러 맛집들이 근처에 있습니다. 체크인 방법과 근처 맛집들을 자세하고 친절하게 알려준 호스트에 감사합니다! 택시 기사분도 인정한 현지인 맛집입니다. 또 대만에 온다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다 :)

Right in the middle of Ximen, you’re centrally, located and close to literally everything! Food shopping, whatever you want. Space is probably only good for two people. Me and my partner didn’t have any issues, but I can see how the ceiling might be a little low if you’re on the tall side. Otherwise place was perfect and a great way to enjoy Taiwan.

Landlord was super nice and flexible, I arrived one day early and he already prepared the room for me. The place is good and clean, and also provided enough household goods for the period of time I had to stay there!

I had a lovely stay in Taipei! The apartment is clean and perfectly located in Ximen, close to Red House and all the main stations. The host was always available and very kind and flexible. 100% recommend! 😊

A very good place to stay

We had a wonderful experience staying at David’s place. Everything was just as described and David always responded immediately whenever we had any questions. In addition, the apartment had a washer/dryer combo and Wi-Fi which we found very convenient. The apartment was located near the Guting station which made transportation going around the city very easy. The only thing to note was that the loft’s upper floor had a very low ceiling in some parts. This did not bother us, but it may be inconvenient to some taller guests. We would absolutely stay at David’s place again the next time we are in Taipei.
