Iki juros 700 m per pušyną. Vaikams draugiškas. Ekologiškas "Zero emission" namas, pastatytas 2022 Maža virtuve, TV, WIFI. Dusas ir WC. Vienas didelis kambarys. Sodas prie namo, kuri gali tektis dalintis su kitu namu (ne visada). Delfinariumas už 1 km. Virš 50 km dviračių takų. No animals.

Apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 living room with a kitchen. It is fully furnished, has a very fast Wi-fi, Smart television. Guests will allways find some coffee & tea. Private parking free of public parking charge. Apartment is located ina very suitable place it is city center, but very quite and easy to reach any place from it. The house is build by germans in year 1905. Various bus stops are close by, shops as well can be reached by 5 minute walk.
