Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Rescued River Retreat
A renovated 1890's two-story home overlooking the Mississippi. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms: one with 2 full size beds, the other a queen size bed. Additionally, the living room has a sleeper sofa, so easily sleeps 8. The kitchen offers everything for cooking a family meal and the dining room has a large table. Enjoy the charming vintage bathroom while taking a soak in the claw foot tub. Whether you stay a weekend or more the laundry room has a wash sink, washer and dryer for you to use.

We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.
