Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Davenport

This AIRBnB is an adventure through time and big enough for a family with adult children who have children. My husband & I have 5 kids, 2 sons-in-law, a daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren, this house accommodated us all with room to spare! I must say, I enjoy old homes with real character that have been savored over the years, SOOOO, the details in every room……WOW! The pool/ping pong table, basketball shooting game, foosball table & hot tub HUGE HITS! The beds very comfortable! (I am at an age where beds can make or break a trip and these MADE the trip!) Please, don’t take my word for it……..GO SEE IT FOR YOURSELF! DO IT!! BOOK IT!!!

Midwest Magnolia is such a cute place! There were so many thoughtful touches that we appreciated, especially having two young kids with us. There were toys and books and games and a backyard that made traveling with small kids easier. It’s also close to the interstate and a good coffee shop and not too far from a variety of food options. We will definitely consider staying here again when we’re back in town!

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

This place was very cute. It was a private and calm neighborhood. Very good price and the size was perfect for us. My hubby got sick and the host pushed back our check out time for us at no additional charge. I highly recommend this house! ♥️

It was an absolutely beautiful place. Very clean and spacious. We brought our two medium sized dogs and they had a blast outside in the fenced in area. The bedroom upstairs was very spacious. The lockbox was a little hard to get into but that was mine and my husband’s fault lol. Kourtney was very kind, responsive and patient with all of our questions and answered every single one of them. Definitely recommend and will book again when I’m in the area. Overall a wonderful place.

The cottage was so cozy and comfortable. Close to so many things, the neighborhood was quiet and our kids loved the yard. Lots of thoughtful details made our stay a breeze and Teri was friendly and helpful.

Stayed for graduation at SAU and it was the perfect distance to the campus. The space was clean. The host was very flexible as we were able to add another night to the reservation two weeks before for the same price we booked, which was very nice of her!

Awesome place. Very quiet neighborhood. Well kept and very clean. One of the few ABnB's that has an actual dedicated work space. Not everyone is on vacation when they travel and it was nice to have a desk and a chair to sit in. Maybe I am old school but I hate having to balance my laptop on my knees to respond to emails and do quotes after I have worked all day...so that was a nice touch. Also, everything from the thermostat to the washing machine and dryer have printed instructions near each item. It was very helpful because I have never used a Nest thermostat and that thing is not very intuitive. Anyways, it is a great place to stay and if I am ever back in the area, I hope it is available. Zero complaints from me.

Unit 5 was spacious and comfortable. The building is very near many interesting places, shops, churches and the Mississippi River. We would have enjoyed staying longer.

Good place to stay when you’re alone for graduation weekend.

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Great place with a lot of really good breweries and restaurants in the area. I would stay here again!

As always clean, comfy, quiet, and perfect for me as a traveling nurse

Many restaurants to walk to as well as coffee shops. Walking/bicycle path across the street. Clean and right next to the Mississippi River. Visit the tourist information store inside Union Station a few blocks away. They have great restaurant/coffee shop locations in the Quad Cities and you can borrow a bicycle and helmet for free! Check out the schedule of the River Bandits baseball team. Davenport is a friendly city.

Tim is an amazing host! He’s very responsive and accommodated my stay despite a few changes I needed to make. The beds are extremely comfortable!

Christmas in the Cozy Cabin this year was terrific. Clean, convenient, and a host who provided exactly what we needed. This was our third visit... And we'll be back!

My husband and I were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. I wanted a place where we could relax and eat out! (Did not want to do any cooking!) Also located next to a river was a plus! We also took our dog, Mya. We were so surprised to see flowers, chocolates and a card on the table when we arrived! Also dog dishes and a blanket for Mya!! Also great location! Did not realize DeWitt was so close!! Great recommendations on restaurants!! Such a great town! Overall our experience was just what we needed! Thanks again to our hosts Jillane and Kendra!

very peaceful and cute camping and cabins. only complaint is the floor did not look like it had been swept recently. lots of place for the kids and dogs to run.

We traveled from AZ to IL for a good friends memorial services. We decided to stay at a cabin instead of next to the Mississippi River and so glad we picked the cabin. It was an amazing place, so peaceful. Lynda was an awesome host who cares about your stay and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and extra. We can't wait to go back and stay there again 🥰

My partner and I really enjoyed the cabins. This was perfect stop on my cross country road trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough.
