Family-friendly holiday rentals in Davis County

We spent a week at Brains and Susana place. It is the cleanest house I haven ever stayed in. The check in was very easy. Communication was with always a quick reply. The area is great with shopping, post office, restaurants, mall close by. Kitchen was fully stocked with all different size pots and pans to cook with. We needed nothing. Rooms are all very spacious, and the game room is an added bonus. Beautiful back yard with a waterfall and gazebo. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

This house is fantastic! Surrounded by the mountains, serene, quiet and very private. It’s a short drive to good and services, plenty of room for a large group! The host was very helpful and communicative. There were a couple glitches with the reservation and he got everything settled on his end and made it pretty seamless. My friends and I loved those whole setting, would definitely stay in this house again and recommend it to anyone. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visited town for a conference and we were packed like sardines in this airbnb, but it never felt that way. It was very spacious and there was even an air mattress and pull out couch we were able to use, as well as additional pillows and blankets. The host was wonderful. They responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we contacted them!

Excellent stay! My colleagues and I stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The space was cozy, warm, and spotless, perfect for relaxing after long days. We especially loved the hot tub! The layout of the space was great for a small group, with plenty of comfortable seating and a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook meals together. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Daniel was an exceptional host!! He was incredibly responsive, friendly and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

This was our 6th stay here, the hosts are amazing, great communicators and everything in the place is well done. The space is great and the location is very good with easy proximity to downtown and the U. We would obviously come back again!

Sam was a very responsive host. The house was great for our group especially the layout. The pack-n-play was helpful to have with a baby. I have no complaints at all! Would stay here again for another trip!

Stayed a total of 4 weeks while starting a new job. Was very helpful and accommodating in getting to know Ogden. Staff was always on the ready to help as needed.

Great little space in a nice Victorian multiplex in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities at the house, we were very comfortable. It was perfect for our quick trip to check out the university, we would stay again.

Jodi's place is absolutely lovely! Beautiful house, fully equipped, in a very peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Exactly what my two adult sons and I were looking for as far as location and size. We each had our own room to sleep and common space to be together. The location was convenient to the airport and also downtown areas to eat and explore. We loved the state capitol at sunset. The shower was very welcoming after a day hiking and also checking out salt flats. All in all a very positive and enjoyable stay. Thanks Marlea.

I stayed here for 4 months while on a travel RN assignment at the local hospital. It was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better stay, or better hosts! Hannah and John were super kind and thoughtful, and their sweet kids became good yard buddies for romping with the dogs! The apartment is spacious, clean, and private. The fenced-in yard is amazing and the views of the mountains are the best. I would of course stay here again, my dog and I felt right at home. We will miss our awesome accommodations and our new friends in Utah!

We had a great stay at Nancy’s when visiting for Kilby Block Party! The balconies and views were our favorite part. Nancy was responsive and helpful, though we thankfully didn’t have any issues. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy spot with some phenomenal views and outdoor spaces! Only thing that would’ve taken this from an A to an A+ stay would be some less-worn-down couches and improved twin mattresses. Otherwise, everything was phenomenal. I would recommend it! Our group of 8 stayed very comfortably :)

Amazing neighborhood! It’s close to a lot in SLC, but it’s quiet and beautiful. I loved having our own parking spot, and the bed was really comfortable. I think there a few things that could be done to make the space a little nicer, but overall a great stay.

Maren’s place is just what we needed! Homey feel, great location and beautifully quiet and cosy. The condo smelt and looked beautifully clean when we got there, facilities were exactly as described and location was perfect! Less than a 10 minute walk to Temple Square, then there is City Creek and Downtown SLC to explore from there! Great secure parking, felt completely safe and secure the whole time! Maren is kind, friendly and her warmth shines through into the condo! We will be back! Thanks so much! :)

Robin's house is your dream place to stay during your vacation!!! It's unbelievable clean and beautiful! We enjoy it so so much!!!! If u will spend your holidays at Salt Lake City, Robin's house should be your first choice!

This is a really good value. Having the garage to park in was so nice. The place was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable- definitely in the range of soft. There were a lot of windows for a basement apartment. The movie room was cool and we used it a lot. The kitchen had the basics we needed for making meals. Lots of storage space with closets and garage. The neighborhood was so great for walking and bird watching.
