Our charming one bedroom guest cottage on Davis Islands sleeps 2 (queen-sized bed). Bathroom with large shower. Clean and cozy room has cable tv, wi-fi, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Gorgeous neighborhood, walking distance to downtown DI restaurants, coffee shops, rentable bikes, Amalie Arena, the Riverwalk, Hyde Park, downtown Tampa, the Convention Center, Channelside & TGH. 2 miles from cruise port. 15 min. drive to Bush Gardens. Enjoy the sunset at the end of the island.

Amazing apartment in Tampa! Super clean, great pool, rooftop grill, and a number of different lounges to chill and work in. If you don't have a car, they have free bike rentals to get around. The apartment itself was so spacious and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better space.

The stay at the Marisol was wonderful. Felt like we were staying in someone’s house. All the other tenants were friendly. The staff person was extremely helpful and nice. And it was a great place to stay and the mattress was exceptionally nice.

Such a great find. My daughter and I stayed here for a basketball tournament at University of Tampa which was only an 8 min car ride. A lot of nearby options for eating that are both a short walk or car ride away. The guesthouse was very cozy and the perfect size for my daughter and I. I would def recommend this rental to others and will not hesitate to stay again when traveling to Tampa. Jeremy was very helpful and I pick to answer any questions.

Great place, had all the amenities (snacks, coffee, toiletries, hair dryer, fridge w freezer), comfortable & quiet place to sleep while I was in Tampa. Felt safe, combo lock on door but also knob locks from inside. In-room a/c & fan were quiet & kept the room a comfortable temp. Bathroom is huge! Good mirrors so you can check your outfit; there was a beach towel, small cooler, hamper - didn’t use these but noticed they were available. The shampoo/conditioner was amazing - my hair never looked better.

When I arrived, Dominga was putting the finishing touches on the room and it smelled so clean. She greeted me and asked if I needed anything, dropped off a blanket for me later on in case I needed it with the air conditioner on. I saw her the next day outside (beautiful little gardens all around the back area) and she again asked if I needed anything. When I first arrived, I had a little trouble getting on the WiFi and Dominga responded within 2-3 minutes to help resolve. Ample towels, toiletries, Keurig coffee and some half and half and small fridge for my leftovers and some breakfast items were perfect for what I needed. I would recommend staying here. A little park for a run down the street and my sister had a car about a mile away, but I didn't mind walking about .5-.8 miles to some good eats, Starbucks, Publix, etc.

I personally found it peaceful and relaxing, the pool area was clean. The balcony was great for laying out and meditating. I was a little disappointed to miss the rooster walk up calls, (they must’ve know I needed the sleep 🙂) I personally give 3 👍🏻 . Definitely recommend
