The Grutto; luxurious spacious studio with its own bathroom

In our Homestay you can recharge and unwind in a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the spacious luxury studios (see also adv. The swallow). The Grutto is equipped with box spring, seating, workspace, kitchenette and private bathroom. In the sunny garden there are terraces and a covered storage for bicycles. Located in a picturesque rural village, surrounded by beautiful forests and lakes, you can enjoy the versatile nature and in addition the lively center with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Direct to De Fluessen - still space in July

Our house on the Koggeplaet in Elahuizen has a beautiful unobstructed view over de Fluessen, with a lake terrace. Also there is a terrace on the harbor and a sheltered seating area! Our house is in the middle of the water sports area of Friesland. A beautiful place for boating, swimming, cycling, hiking or skating! And a golf course and the forest are also nearby! From July 4th to September 5th, we rent our house weekly (or several weeks). Arrival and departure day is Friday.

Beautiful unique cottage in the city center of Joure !!

It is a free standing cottage behind the shopping street in Joure. It's a beautiful unique cottage and completely complete. You can walk to the supermarket within 1 minute and to the port and park of Joure within a few minutes. On the lower floor is a toilet, laundry room, open kitchen . And on the upper floor you will find the living room and the bedroom with open shower. Heerenveen and Sneek are 10 km away. Tourist tax €2.00 per person per night, please pay this in cash.

Wooden nature house with a view. Close to lake.

Here in quiet Frisian Rohel you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and hiking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace on the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you don't hear anything at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

Sleeping at the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Wake up to the view of the dining room of a herd of horses that live in freedom, 2 pigs who make their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. However, there is a large table to play games with each other and a lovely sofa to have a glass of wine together. Making beautiful memories together together! Possibly tandem, boat and beautiful animal experiences to book!

"Loft" apartment on the water. Quiet & view

In a historic place near the lock/harbor in Workum is this colorful apartment "Loft" (Frisian for Air ). A beautiful place by the water. Within walking distance of the IJselmeer and city center. There are two canoes and a motorboat. Dining kitchen and new bathroom & toilet. Double box spring and a comfortable sofa bed. A panoramic window overlooking farmlands and ice lake. Terrace by water with cozy seats Good WiFi! A unique place on open water and lots of nature!

Cozy loft with rural views!

The apartment is located in a very idyllic, quiet place in the beautiful Frisian Landscape near the IJsselmeer. Originally, the loft was a cooking studio, where delicious dishes were cooked. The loft is spacious and has been completely converted since June 2020. It offers a lot of privacy, tranquility, a private terrace (with rural views) and free parking. In the beautiful surroundings, close to Hindeloopen and Stavoren, you can go hiking, cycling and sailing.

Studio Bosk - Forest Holiday Home in Gaasterland

Studio Bosk is gelegen midden in de bossen van Gaasterland, dichtbij de kliffen en stranden van het IJsselmeer en nabij de Friese meren. Ons onlangs gerenoveerde boshuisje biedt alles voor een prettig verblijf midden in de natuur, en is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. Voor kinderen is er veel speelgoed (houten trein, boekjes, spelletjes, auto's), fietsjes, een kinderstoel en een ledikant aanwezig. In de tuin hebben we een zandbak met speelgoed.

Rural stay on Frisian Elfstedenroute

Within walking distance of the city center of Bolsward, on the Workumertrekvaart, the original Frisian Elfstedenroute, is our rural farm. We offer you a spacious room in this rural and watery area, which is equipped with a large double bed, (2x0.90), TV/sitting area and a completely new bathroom with Jacuzzi. Extra sleeping space is possible. We have recently built this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.
