Going to the city? Utrecht and Amsterdam are just a 15-minute drive away. Walk Klompenpaden right through nature starting around the corner and SUP and canoe routes directly from the deck. Luxurious appartment at the beautiful Gein river

Dit appartement is gelegen op een biologische boerderij onder de rook van Amsterdam (3,5 kilometer afstand van openbaar vervoer). Vanuit hier kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen in Amsterdam en de rest van Nederland. De landelijke ligging maakt dat je hier volledig tot rust kan komen. Het is een groene oase vlakbij de stad, met verschillende idyllische dorpen en kleine steden eromheen. Op de boerderij is het een gezellige boel met de koeien, geiten, varkens, pony's ('s zomers vliegen:))

Het nieuwe bestemmingsplan “Vinkeveense Plassen 2025” is van kracht geworden, waardoor het unieke karakter van de meren behouden blijft en eilandbezitters een vergunning kunnen aanvragen voor nieuwe bebouwing. We hebben besloten om het eiland volgens de nieuwe regels te ontwikkelen met een nieuw vakantiehuis, terras en steiger zoals te zien op de impressie foto. De verkoop van het perceel met nieuw vakantiehuis start juni 2026. Bij interesse graag een berichtje via Waterfront eiland Vinkeveen.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Voor €30 per dag huur je een motorbootje waarmee je eenvoudig van en naar het eiland vaart én de Vinkeveense Plassen kunt verkennen.

In the garden, you can relax in a hammock, jump on a trampoline, go canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming from your own jetty. Nearby you can continue hiking and cycling to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht by train in 25 minutes.
