The house is located 17km from Székelyudvarhely in the Zeteváralja area, along the Deság Creek. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor is a sauna with a separate bathroom, which is available at an extra price.

Clădirea ridicată în stil modern poate găzdui un număr maxim de opt persoane, cazate în patru camere matrimoniale. La parter oaspeții au la dispoziție o bucătărie dotată cu frigider, reșou cu gaz și cuptor cu microunde, respectiv o sufragerie (cu televizor), un dormitor și o baie; la etaj se află o cameră de zi, trei dormitoare și o baie. La nevoie canapeaua-pat din camera de zi poate fi folosită drept pat matrimonial.
