Cottage holiday rentals in DeBary

The cabin was immaculate with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The renters were even kind enough to supply a crock pot at our request so we could enjoy the lake while the dinner cooked itself. There was an issue with the AC, which typically could ruin a weekend. Our hosts did a walk through prior to our arrival and found the problem and had if fixed before it could ever be an issue. Their communication with us was fantastic and they were a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them to anyone. We have stayed at this particular campground for several years and there are some full time residents that have been very unwelcoming. This is not a reflection on our hosts. Other host in the campground have also been very wonderful.

Sue's place was perfect for our theme park break. While we love the chaos of the parks during the day, we like somewhere quiet to escape to on an evening, and this place was exactly that. The cottage had everything you could imagine needing, and more! Having Aldi on the drive in (or a 5 minute evening stroll away) was also very handy for picking up essentials. Even though we stayed over a week we didn't find the time to make use of the pool, but it would be so perfectly located if you wanted to take advantage of it given its proximity.

Great place, kids can ride bikes, great pool and clubhouse, close to parks. Friendly people and beautiful areas all around. Nice lake too.

This little cottage was perfect we stayed one night and it was the best spot. Super quiet, comfy bed and felt very cozy. Right at home. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed with my family in this accommodation, we had a lot of fun since the house is very beautiful. I had Mickey decorations and was close to the parks, it is a private residence and the nights are quite quiet. Would come back again.

The place was clean and inviting. It was nice having a separate A/C unit in the bedroom. The instructions getting into the unit was clear and easy as well. We only stayed for one night and it fit all our needs. Would definitely stay again.

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

The house was perfect for what we needed. We brought our 2 older kids to Titusville to kayak in the bioluminescent phytoplankton. We had a lot of fun - found an amazing dinner buffet (Chow's) - and had peaceful sleep. Would definitely stay again!

If you love antiques and the ambience of days gone by this cottage is for you. From start to finish the reservation, communication, and location were great. The place is walkable to the lakefront, has a nice patio in the back, and the central air worked great. The king sized adjustable bed is very comfortable. We loved our stay here and will definitely return when we come to see our kids!

Loved it and 100% would stay again. The cottage is as advertised in a beautiful and peaceful complex. Has an awesome little dog park with plentiful outdoor seating and activities. Zenia does well on getting the small details right with the cottages being stocked with everything you’ll need.

Kimbra's place was wonderful from start to finish. Location was wonderful. House was very clean. Close to beach and grocery store and restaurants were close. Area was peaceful and quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Communication was great with quick response. Will definitely return.

I’ve stayed at several of the cottages at the Alling House and the property is beautiful. In general all the cottages are very nice. This one (Homestead) is the oldest of the bunch and does show its age. That being said the unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Cute little house right next to the beach. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. House is a bit older but cozy and charming. About a mile from Flagler entrance ramp. Quiet neighborhood even though close to local bars you do not hear the night life. Will was very responsive. Would stay again.

Peaceful, quiet location. Had everything we needed for our stay. Even though it’s right on their private property, we had our privacy. On top of everything, we made friends with a goat.😍

I had a wonderful stay here with my boyfriend. It’s a bit secluded which I saw some people complain about in reviews but what they fail to mention is that the hosts’ house is is around 200 feet away and there’s a second airbnb directly next to this one. It’s along a dirt road, yes, but there are still other people in the area. The lake and land are beautiful and there are some chairs and a table on the porch of the cottage where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise. Check in was easy, quick, and required no face-to-face social interaction (something I enjoy not needing to do). The AC works well and is quick to respond to your inputs. The bed is comfortable and there is a very roomy closet that you can keep your luggage in. You can walk straight to the watersports complex right out the door of the cottage. This stay was extremely affordable and I am so lucky that I found it and was able to snag a few nights! I enjoyed my stay so much, and so did my boyfriend. Highly recommend!

Isabel’s Historical Cottage was a great stay for us. She left all sort of welcoming niceties around and made us feel right at home.

Loved feeding the horses. Lots of towels and linens. Rick was super sweet and met us when we got there.

this is my second time staying here and I loved it. we had a peaceful, enjoyable week, walking the grounds and enjoying the pool. The space is so close to so many attractions and awesome restaurants. The house had everything that we need including laundry so our stay was extra relaxing.

Perfect spot for a beach vacation. We have a toddler and she loved the back yard. My husband loved watching the sunset on the dock and I loved getting to enjoy my coffee on the deck and of course, no chores! Definitely an awesome find.

I have stayed with Ellie three different times now. I am born and raised Orlando, all my family is still here, but whenever I come back to visit I require a stay with Ellie. It is the perfect in between of being back home and still on vacation. She takes care of me SO well. The listing property and the grounds about are tended to in a way that makes you feel valued and honored. I never feel like I wasted money, on the contrary- staying with her saves me because I know she will take care of any needs that arise, not that many ever do. Always amazing conversation, joyous energy, and a lot of beautiful insight into Orlando that even I don’t know about! I genuinely could not rave enough about Ellie and her Hideaway. Fare Mananui is truly magical. The investment of love into a tropical oasis literally rivals two of its biggest inspirations--Trader Sam's and the Enchanted Tiki Room. We loved the ease of the smart home commands to make the house come alive each night. Gil was super clear and helpful before and during the trip w/providing relevant info. We really loved hanging on the lanai each day with Chiquita the kitty! The location is also awesome--right off 168 so close to everything, but also very quiet and serene at night. Protip--don't go grocery shopping until after you see the home because there's a very generous supply of coffee, mixers, and other conveniences. The one thing that I wish was different was the pool hours; it was only open until 7. It’s a place that must be seen to be believed, and I am excited to return one day!
