Apartment near the Market Square "Kamienica" | No. 1 Studio

We invite you to our cozy apartment in a restored, over 100-year-old tenement house. It is located on the ground floor, overlooking a charming garden and is perfect for 1 to 2 people. It is close to the center, you can reach the market in 5 minutes, and the train station in 9 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped, with a modern kitchen and freshly renovated interiors. The area is peaceful and quiet, with free parking around and plenty of greenery. We are happy to welcome your pet, and we are always on site to help.

Jeremiah House

Żeremie House is a modern house with a flat roof nestled in the middle of the forest. Here, instead of neighbors, you'll meet deer, hares, and sometimes even a moose. On the roof, there is a jacuzzi with a view of the treetops and the stars. There is also a sauna with a large window overlooking the forest. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. There are two large terraces, including one on the roof, and a gas grill. This place is made for quiet, relaxing together, and being close to nature.

House on the Hill

Enjoy the view or take a bike ride in the forest. When you need to, you can be in the center of town in a few minutes enjoying the shops and restaurants. Excellent location 40 min from Rzeszów airport and 1h from Kraków. This is a place for people looking for peace and beautiful views. You can go on a bike trip or in a few minutes you will find yourself among shops and restaurants. Great location close to the A4 highway. A cozy cottage, can be used by a person in a wheelchair.

Tetmajera View & Garden

The house , Tetmajera View & Garden "is about 3km from the center. It is located at Tetmajera Street, and basically at the end of it, there is only a forest. The place is very atmospheric, scenic, and most importantly very quiet. The garden with an area of 30 ares is divided into two parts, half is for us, and the other part for the facility , "Forest Corner". Between objects, old apple trees grow, which effectively separate homes, creating a lookout and sound barrier.

Cottage with stunning views

Spacious, idyllic cottage with beautiful panoramic countryside view. Perfect spot to rest and enjoy silence. No neighbours any close, very private. Great for cycling and walking. A lot of space for kids to play and enjoy nature. Outdoor jacuzzi with panoramic view (May-Sept, depending on the weather). This is a place with unique atmosphere, used to be my grandparents home. It has three separate living spaces under one roof. Two of them have fireplace.

M&K Center Apartment

The property is located in the center, so regardless of the nature of your visit, all attractions will be at your fingertips. The windows face the parking lot and playground on one side, and the green areas on the other. It is worth noting that the balcony, where you can relax after a hard day, is located in this direction. The apartment has been thoroughly renovated, access is completely remote (using codes). We invite you!

Dziupla House

Dziupla House is a small cottage located in the heart of the forest. Calm, fresh air, birds singing all day. The cottage is beautifully decorated, you will rest and relax. Perfect for couples as well as a vacation to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Peace, quiet in the heart of the forest. The cottage has fiber optic internet. In the evening, you can relax in the hot tub with hydromassage or sauna.

Polana House

Polana House is a complex of two comfortable cottages located on a fenced area of 7000 m², right next to the forest in the quiet village of Niedźwiada. The cottage offers a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle, sandwich) and a private bathroom with shower and toiletries. *We accept small and medium-sized dogs
