The house was ideal for our family with two almost adult sons. We enjoyed the spacy rooms and also the piano. With a rented car, the accomodation is an ideal place to discover Athes, Aticca and Parnitha national park

A really beautiful and unique space in a great location. Everything in Hydra within an easy walk.

Panos, Oksana's husband welcomed us and was available for questions or others throughout. The complex is in Pasha Bay, not far from the centrality of Lavrio and a short walk to the beach. A car allows you to visit the area, go to the taberns and make the most beautiful beaches in the area, bikes could also do the trick but the main road does not allow you to drive with children. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. which is quite common in Greece (the world stops for the nap time, but it may be that some neighbors who are gardening fans do not stop). The house matches the photos and description very well, nothing is missing and everything works. The terrace enjoys the scent of flowers and the view from the Aegean. We highly recommend it!

We loved our stay in Hydra! The house has the perfect location – it’s very close to everything, but also has an amazing view, all without having to climb flights of stairs. Very tastefully designed with authentic objects, it has everything you need for a relaxing stay – simple, traditional, and full of old-world charm. George was a wonderful host – from helping us with luggage, great recommendations, to conversations and food, we appreciated his attention to detail and hospitality. Hope to be back soon!

Sofi’s home is wonderful. This old Spetses mansion is full of character and charm, beautifully furnished and maintained over the years. Our 3 adult daughters and and ourselves have spent previous holidays on Spetses but we loved this location. Being able to swim out the front door every morning and evening, a walk from everything in Dapia, the old port, shops , beaches and a really good taverna and terrific cafe for breakfast right beside us was so relaxing. The breeze from the sea made air conditioning almost redundant mid June but worked well. The home probably best suits a family like ours or two couples because three of the four bedrooms effectively interconnect; the fourth is a lovely private room looking onto the back garden. The balcony looking out to sea was a great place to watch the world go by but only fits four chairs and no real outdoors table for family meals but as we ate out most of the time this was more than made up for by the spacious elegant rooms. We all loved it

We really enjoyed our stay at the Red Door Villa in Spetses. Perfect location between the new and the old harbor and close to all services: bars, restaurants, supermarket, a nice bakery…and 5 minutes walk distance to the “city beaches”. The house is very special: we loved the patio and the garden with the lime trees and the decoration of the house with this interesting mix of old and contemporary art. I loved the original frescos and the big kitchen table with the red chairs. We were 6 adults and 1 child and we perfectly fit. Petros was very attentive to our messages and flexible too. Plus he gave us as a farewell gift a box of delicious traditional pastry from the island! Grazie mille Petros, hope to come back in the future.

Kim was there to let us in and show us around. The home is clean and due to the ground source heat pump the A/C is always running and the house stays wonderfully cool. The lower ground floor has an American sized king sized bed along with a full bathroom, additional toilet and washer. The ground floor is open plan living room and kitchen and easy to relax in and enjoy! The first floor bedroom has metal blinds which when shut at night block out road noise and light. The top floor bedroom is only accessible via lift but there are emergency stairs available. It has a nice open patio. Kim was very responsive to all our requests and any concerns he attended to right away. It was a pleasure staying at the home and there was ample parking nearby on the street just before and behind the block. The beach clubs, restaurants and grocery stores were a quick drive down the street and, overall, it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

I loved my stay in Spetses with Ευγενία. I don’t think I’ve met a kinder host in a long time! I decided to travel to Spetses off-season in Winter, which meant that a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops were going to be closed. But Ευγενία went out of her way to make sure I had a great time. We spent time together walking the island, she offered bicycle tours, she was a great guide with a lot of historical knowledge about the island and its inhabitants.. and she even pointed out the island’s best restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with my host was great (she responds in only a few minutes), her place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, board games and very comfortable large bed! I would definitely stay again (especially in the summer months).

Giota’s house is lovely. The best part of the house is the well-shaded backyard ending just a few steps from the sea—we basically lived on that backyard for the two weeks we spent there.

We were really happy to stay in Amalia Residences 1. My family and I stayed there for 40 days, during the summer of 2018. We had friends occasionally staying over, mostly with kids the same age as my son - 5 year old. We loved the clean pool that albeit shared between the residences, it is practically private. We had it on our own all day (and night!) long. There are sun beds and umbrellas around the pool area, as well as a shower and lots of flowers. The house has a cool architecture, with one room at each half-level (hard to explain). Caution: the house is not suitable for people with mobility/knee issues because of the stairs from one room to the other. All necessary amenities are available - and some more that we never got to use. Laundry machines are at a separate building. We had a problem with one of the air conditioning units, and it was fixed less than 24 hours after we mentioned it. In general the owner is kind and helped us in any question or issue we had. We loved our stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Perfect stay. Amazing home, beautifully restored and perfect condition. Just as beautiful as the listing. Ideal location for exploring Athens and chilling out in neighbourhood restaurants and bar. The hosts were incredible - so responsive, helpful, accommodating and kind. We travelled with two one year olds and the house was great for them, and the hosts very accommodating to our needs. We had the best time in Hydra. Kalotina arranged transportation of our luggage and met us to show us around. She was readily available for questions. The space was comfortable with adequate amenities. Minutes to marina and many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! 😀

The place was fantastic for a group trip!! Everyone has their space and slept really well; the bath outside is amazing; you have a little kitchen and everything!!! I recommend 100%

I don't know where to start... the house was 10 times better than in photos, huge massive living space, nice furniture, comfortable bathrooms for every bedroom and even more which was not even mentioned. Amazing balconies all around the house and astonishing backyard with well maintained garden and grill. This house is amazing for a big friend group and also families who want to have private time. All the kitchen utilities works well, every window and door has a protecting net preventing the insects to come in. In the house there is provided everything that you may need. The location is also very convenient, the biggest supermarket in the town is just 5min walk away, also amazing beaches, port, cafes and restaurants. You can easily go to nicest islands from the port. Local area provides many restaurants for seafood lovers. The overall experience was better than excepted. Constantine was friendly and helpful . Definitely suggesting to friends and coming back myself...

A few things to improve on the bedding and also a leak in the bathroom. Otherwise this place is nice, and I imagine it is even more pleasant in summer since it is semi-buried.

A very interesting place close to the center of Athens with an authentic atmosphere..The place looks exactly like it does in the photos and it is located near several restaurants. Fondas is a wise and well-informed person who is very willing to help you with anything. He is also a very interesting person and the conversation with him was truly enriching. He will remain a part of my memories of Athens.

We had a great time in Brigitte's fantastic house. A clean, tidy and charming house immersed in the beautiful village of Karavas and surrounded by nature. A real pearl. We definitely recommend it. Brigitte is a wonderful host, always available and full of useful suggestions and information. We think and hope to be able to return in her house in the next years.

Hostess Annita is a lady who manages and cares for her accommodation full of passion and dedication. You can also notice that in terms of the tasteful decor and the decorations, where flowers and plants are her passion. She really makes you feel at home and does everything she can to make you feel at home. We have great value for her! The apartment is exactly as in the photos and will certainly not disappoint you. The apartment is at a short walking distance (5 minutes) from a very large shopping complex with a MacDonalds, XXL supermarket, gas station and various residential shops nearby. The beach is about 20 minutes walk and the metro idem. By subway you are within fifteen minutes in the center of Athens (Akropolli or Syntagma metro station).

Had a lovely time at Dimitris place, met off boat by Sophia and got into the apartment right away even though we were early to the port , the place is perfect for a couple and was nice and private with its own designated outside space , it’s a five min walk to restaurants and beach and shops , would recommend

margarita was so helpful and patient with us when we were held up by airport delays. She always responded quickly and provided us with great recommendations. we loved the house it was spacious, artsy and had everything we needed - I would love to stay again!
