Our family really liked tis apartment, especially nice that there is everything for cooking!! This is very important! And the courtyard is great, very convenient! To the center 20 minutes walk, an interesting road. Good wifi, good bedding, beds. And pleasantness from the owner. Thank you!

Manfred's cottage clearly gets 5 stars. We were really thrilled with our stay. Manfred has always responded super fast, friendly and helpful. The house was even better than in the photos - bright, friendly, perfectly equipped, very clean and well maintained, everything works and is well thought out. The location could not be better for us. Seafront, with private access to the water, a beautiful area where you can sunbathe and also lie in the shade. And all with a breathtaking view. It is beautifully quiet and private. There are a total of 4 cottages that are potentially rented out, but everything is so clever and generously laid out, also with the help of many trees and plants that you feel absolutely private. The small village, within walking distance, is like from the picture book: a small bay where you can also go into the water and several great restaurants and bars right on the sea - and many nice people :-)

The listing exactly matches the photos. Very good location, allowing you to enjoy sunset and go to restaurants or the beach on foot. Perfect for staying in Kalamaki. Small point to note to be complete: a hot tub is very pleasant, however you must be aware that it involves pumping noises even at night. Not an inconvenience, but just to report it, because otherwise the location of the bungalow would allow absolute calm (or just the noise of the sea not far away....)

Our stay was amazing! It was our first holiday with children (twins, 6 months old). Maria was always available, made everything possible for us and thought about this special situation for us and this special situation. Absolutely top hostess! The place is great! Everything super clean, comfortable beds and a great location: you are super fast on the beach, around it many restaurants and also a well-equipped Lidl is around the corner. Due to the location on the street, it could sometimes be a little louder, but it didn't bother very much. We had an unforgettable holiday and highly recommend the place!

The apartment is very well suited next to one of the major spots in Crete ( Phalasarna beach ). There was nothing better than to wake up on the sound of clashing waves and singing birds! It is very clean and I felt immediately at home. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was perfect, the accommodation is very comfortable, very clean and quiet. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the bathtub allowed us to enjoy the starry sky, just magical. The welcome is warm and the host's recommendations allowed us to discover small gems, delicious homemade fig jam, the location is ideal. In short, incredible

Absolutely relaxed and beautiful home with privacy in nature and the mountains. Time to come down and enjoy life. We had a wonderful stay! The house has been beautifully designed and furnished, the bathroom a dream! The bed invites you to dream and the pool refreshes you after a hot day. Sunbathing included. We had very good fast contact and the host acted courteously and flexibly. Everyone on site was very kind and helpful! Thank you for the wonderful time!

I just returned, from my second stay at Thodoris’ lovely bungalows/studios - and I know there will be a third and a fourth and a fifty fifth stay for me, to come… The place is amazing. The atmosphere, the easygoing lifestyle and the staff is what you need if you are looking for a subtle place to hang- and chill out… The room and the bathroom are spotless clean. The beds are comfortable, the tea-kitchen has all you need for easy cooking and the surroundings- and the views are mountains and sea. You want more? -go to the moon… Thodoris, Yoanna.., efcharisto poly’ - see you in october…!!!

Peaceful setting with stunning views across the bay. To wake up on a clear day looking at the snow on the white mountains was breathtaking. This is a unique and special setting where you can immediately feel comfortable. We slept so well and enjoyed the proximity to Chania for shops and an evening stroll and also some stunning, quiet beaches at Marathi and Loutraki. We also explored the other beaches on the peninsula all within a 20-30 minute easy drive. We ate delicious food and enjoyed Cretan hospitality wherever we went. Thank you for a very special stay we will be back.
