The accommodation is located in a small, beautiful and private village – perfect for relaxing. Everything is spotless and thoughtfully arranged. There’s plenty of space, so everyone can have their own area – ideal for larger families with older children or teenagers, as each one can have their own room without being disturbed. Konstantinos is a fantastic host – always available, quick to respond and genuinely committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. We even got small souvenirs gifted. There’s also an amazing local restaurant called Veranda of Prines nearby with a very generous owner and incredibly delicious food. With a rental car you're just a short drive away from Rethymno and many other beautiful spots on the island, making this a great base for exploring. We usually drove about 1-2 hours into every direction and were able to explore the entire island. Thank you for such a lovely stay – we truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Very prompt communication with our hosts who were extremely welcoming and considerate. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Incredible place! Beautiful house with amazing 360 view from the balcony! The place is better in reality ! It has all the amenities that you would need for your vacation. It is spotless clean and shiny! 5’ drive to the beautiful beach of Korasida. Valentina is an amazing host! very friendly and responsive! She even provided us with some local olive oil for our Easter cooking! I couldn’t recommend enough this place! Thank you so much! We will be back soon for our summer vacation!

Die Villa liegt wunderschön in einer Sackgasse am Berg des kleinen Örtchens Armenoi. Alles ist prima gepflegt, sauber und stimmungsvoll. Alle Sanitärfunktionen sind sehr gut in Schuss, die Küche gut incl. Spülmaschine ausgestattet und die Schlafbereiche gepflegt. Der Grill hat tadellos funktioniert und Kohle und Anzünder lagen bereit. Die Kommunikation mit Elina war toll, sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Ein PKW ist unverzichtbar, wenn man mal ans Meer möchte ( 8 min. Fahrzeit nach Kalyves ). Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und somit auch besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

Alexander and Karolina from Anthi's team made our visit so amazing. Anthi was so responsive and helpful, the place was beautiful, and Alexander's daily breakfast was the best way to wake up and have private breakfast overlooking the sea. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a private, beautiful experience. They made such a special trip for us!

L’alloggio è l’ideale per chi desidera passare una vacanza in mezzo alla natura e con tutti i comfort di casa, all’interno infatti c’è tutto quello che serve per cucinare o stare in relax sul divano e all’esterno c’è un bellissimo portico con tavolo per gustare la cena vedendo il mare. La parte esterna offre inoltre diverse possibilità di relax, sui lettini o sull’amaca. La casa si trova in una zona isolata, anche se fronte mare, per cui è necessario avere l’auto. È comunque in un una zona centrale dell’isola per cui è possibile raggiungere in auto sia i siti archeologici che le spiagge. Ideale per una vacanza in 4 persone e per chi ama godersi la casa oltre ai luoghi.

Das gut renovierte, traditionelle Steinhaus hat eine sehr angenehme, heimelige Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Kieselstein-Mosaikböden und die herrschaftliche Höhe der Räume mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung aus einem Mix von alt und modern. Bequeme Sitzmöbel und ein schattiger Freisitz mit Oasencharakter machten es schwer, das Anwesen für Exkursionen zu verlassen. Drei gute Restaurants, ein Supermarkt, der Strand und die Bushaltestelle nach Rhodos sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Sehenswert: die orthodoxe Kirche im Zentrum von Ialysos. Überall begegneten uns freundliche und zugewandte Menschen. Positiv viel uns auch die entspannte und umsichtige Fahrweise der Autofahrer auf (wir waren mit Rollstuhl unterwegs).

Unser Aufenthalt in Ranias Haus war traumhaft und genau das, was wir als Familie gebraucht haben. Der Kontakt zu Rania war herzlich und unkompliziert, sie reagierte schnell auf Fragen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Die ruhige Lage außerhalb von Apolakkia war ideal zum Abschalten, mit dem Mietwagen ist man schnell in Lindos, Prasonisi oder umliegenden Dörfern. Ein besonderes Highlight war der private Zugang zum fast menschenleeren Strand. Die Terrasse bietet bequeme Sonnenliegen, Sitzplätze, Strandstühle und -tücher. Unsere Kinder (4 und 6) hatten viel Spaß beim Klettern über Felsen und Entdecken des großen, naturnahen Grundstücks mit Pflanzen und Tieren – inklusive täglichem Besuch eines kleinen Geckos. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir sind begeistert und empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter!

Irene takes great care of her guests. She welcomed us with gifts and bought some food for us to first time. Throughout our stay she made sure, that we were not missing anything. The house is very comfortable and well equippted. You could find everything there, dish soap, soap, sugar, coffee, tea, sugar, oil and even string;) The bedrooms are large and have comfortable beds with good quilts (we were there in winter). The terrace is huge and has a great view of the sea. The bathroom is quite small but there was never a problem of hot water. We even tried oranges from the tree in the garden. I sincerely recommend this house and the host. It's a fair offer. Very good value for money.

Dimitris was a wonderful host. He picked us up from the airport and helped us to arrange a scooter rental, and was so welcoming when we arrived. The house is perfectly situated - close enough to walk or drive into the center but very peaceful surroundings. The house was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Naxos in the future!

Nikos was an incredible host. Friendly, responsive, organised and gave us terrific restaurant recommendations. Nothing was too difficult for him. He was so responsive and organised to collect us from the port without us even asking. He organised care hire too. His house has been beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable. It has amazing views and was an easy walk to the beach, cafes and taverns. We hired a car to explore Syros and always loved returning home to Nikos’ place.

Rustig gelegen stenen huisje, met mooi terras en prachtig uitzicht. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact met Vasilis was prettig, hij reageert meteen. Aan ons verzoek om een extra bed bij te plaatsen werd meteen voldaan. Wij hebben heerlijke dagen gehad.

With a charming house, private yard, parking, and a beach view, Stamos’ place is a fantastic deal and a perfect place to base yourself to enjoy the best of Samos. We were there for nearly a week, and the house was one of our favorite parts of our time on the island. Stamos himself is very responsive, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended.

An erster Stelle die grandiose Lage mit beeindruckender Aussicht, sehr ruhig, viel grün, einfacher check-in mit Schlüssel-safe, das Haus sehr sauber, die Küche super ausgestattet (überwältigende Willkommens- Kühlschrank- Fülle mit Obst, Gemüse, Wasser, Wein, Marmelade, eine große Flasche sehr leckeres Olivenöl) Es gibt einen steilen Fußweg zum Meer(ca. 7-10 Min), am Strand dort waren wir immer alleine. Ormos, der nächste Ort mit kleinem Supermarkt ca. 45 Min. am Meer zu laufen. Sehr gute Tavernen und eine kleine Bäckerei sind dort zu finden. Ich würde unbedingt einen Roller oder ein Auto empfehlen. Falls Ihr nachts draußen barfuß lauft, aufpassen wegen Scorpionen, die hin und wieder den Weg kreuzen. Ich kann das Cottage auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit dort.

Marilena è stata un Host fantastica; disponibile fin da prima del chek-in a metterci a nostro agio in tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è splendida e tipica, come dalle foto. La posizione è ottima perche gode di una bellissima vista e molto tranquilla, pur rimanendo vicina al centro di Otzias. Sia gli spazi interni che esterni sono molto confortevoli e adatti a rilassarsi. Ringrazio ancora Marilena per la sua disponibilità e premura che ci ha mostrato. Spero di poter tornare sulla bellissima Kea.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller, großer Terrasse! Voll ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen einen Überblick über Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants auf der Insel. Der Kühlschrank war bei Begrüßung voll und wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt, teils mit Produkten der Farm und liebevoll zubereitetem Gebäck. Die Unterkunft liegt recht abseits, man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto und muss sich darauf einstellen immer ein kleines Stück zu fahren, wenn man beispielsweise abends essen gehen möchte. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

5 stars are not enough to give Komissa's. The home is beautiful, historic and unbelievably located. It was not lacking in any amenity and if it was Yvonne was available to provide it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. Yvonne is a fabulous hostess; every recommendation was spot on and she was kind enough to take me to her favorite taverna where we were treated like queens. She goes the extra mile (kilometer) to ensure you have everything you could want or need. She makes sure you see the "real" Crete, not just what the tour books tell you. While the pictures are 100% accurate and completely represent the home, u you cannot see just how centrally located the home is until you are there. And the rooftop! So peaceful and surrounded by so many beautiful plants I cannot wait to come back, now that I've traveled through Greece, i can spend my entire vacation at Yvonne's home. 100 stars all the way and i can't wait to come back to Ag.Pelagia! Stayed for a week at the house while visiting friends in Karystos. Found it peaceful, and the courtyard was a great place to chill and escape the heat and listen to birds singing, when not at the beach. Appreciated that Marilena and George tried to keep the charm and character of the house intact at renovation. Also appreciated them providing moskito repellent lamps. They are very responsive hosts.

We loved this pocket of peace, in the mountains, right in the village, and very close to the shop and the restaurant and cafes. Very spacious and well designed. Beautiful lighting and a great little pool to cool iff at the end if the day. We also loved the barbeque area and the outdoor dining room.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d’Agelikki. La maison est idéalement placée, à 10mn du 1er village où se trouve 2 tavernes que nous vous recommandons et à 20mn de Naxos port. La maison est vaste, bien équipée avec une terrasse donnant sur la mer qui est un délice le soir venu! Aggeliki a été d’un grand dévouement pour nous rendre le séjour au top! Merci

Mimosa Tree is a truly special place to stay, on a beautiful island. The home, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen were comfortable and stylish. The outside space, use of natural materials, light and windows added another dimension of beauty. However, it is the location and views that are sublime. Peaceful, a short walk to a beach where we swam alone in crystal clear waters. We enjoyed the nature all around, the friendly cats, loved eggs from the chickens, and slept or read to the gentle sound of sheep bells. Our host, his wife and son were friendly and available, although not needed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet time surrounded by nature. Also enjoyed getting to know the local villages, walking trails and beaches. Tinos in the spring is full of flowers.
