Our stay with Petr was great! A super nice cottage in a beautiful area. The garden is incredibly beautiful and we spent a lot of time in it with the beautiful weather. You can take a nice walk and eat delicious food in the inn 10min. walk from the cottage. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a beautiful cottage in nature!!

charming house in the middle of the forest and yet only 10 min from Decín. Absolute calm, birdsong, nature , ideal for relaxing . The house is very well equipped especially if you come with children (games room, outdoor games , changing table high chairs.... ) our son was delighted and so was we. Easy and friendly communication, little touches on arrival everything was perfect . I recommend it +++

Characterful house in a good location. Good starting point for hiking. Large fenced garden, ideal for dogs. Restaurant 3 min walk away. Well-equipped kitchen. Suitable for group excursions.

Had bad luck with the train. Due to an accident, the train simply stopped. Jan briefly decided to pick up our train drivers by car. We took the train later and it was perfect. You will be in the spots of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains whether Czech or German in a good hour. But sluknov also has a lot to offer on site. We walked the border hiking trail a partly wild and adventurous hike, which then rewarded us on the last route with a deeply romantic hike through park similar wild stream meadows on well-dawn paths. Granted, Sluknov is not a tourism stronghold. Yes, there are Sinti and Roma in the village. That wasn't an issue though. The parking was secured and the music ended around 9: 30am. You get to see something from the real Czech Republic. People are very nicely accommodating and try to make the most of everything. A wonderful stay. Oh yes there is a supermarket around the corner. Gladly come back.

Helena’s place was wonderful! Cottage was exactly as described. It was well stocked and looked like its pictures. She was also extremely responsive while we were planning. There were great recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. Location was a beautiful village with a lot nearby. Our main destination was Bohemian Switzerland, which wasn’t too far by car. Overall, we highly recommend the cottage and are planning to go back soon.

We had a fantastic stay. The house has everything you need. The mattresses were very good. And everything was blitzs clean. It would have been nice if the meadow was mowed all around. Our dog had collected some ticks😉. But the property is very nice and you feel yourself in the middle of nature. We spent most of the time on the covered terrace outside. Just beautiful.

A beautiful and well equipped house with a lovely big garden and lots of highlights (fireplace with lots of fire wood, sauna, a great coffee machine, table football, lots of Czech and regional goodies that Pavlina and Lukas left for us). Unfortunately it was a little too cold to make good use of the garden and the barbecue (our visit was in the second half of September), I can imagine how lovely that would be in summer. Pavlina and Lukas were perfect and helpful hosts, communicating with them was absolutely easy and uncomplicated.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, especially the large property with the many play equipment had impressed the children. Communication with Klara was great. We highly recommend the accommodation. Thanks again.

This authentic cottage is highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the nature of Bohemian Schweiz. The cottage is a bit outside Krasna Lipa, at the edge of the forest. The area is beautiful. The cottage itself is old and charming, with a lovely and well-functioning fireplace, garden, kitchen with all the comforts and nice beds. And it's clean. If you like modern or new, it's not for you (some parts of the cottage need to be replaced) but we loved it. Hannah had good tips for restaurants and walks in the area, the kitchen was equipped with everything you are looking for to cook, the children built huts in the woods and played in the garden. Really enjoy!

We spent a wonderful time at this house with five families, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for a group our size. We especially loved the excellent amenities, the large terrace where we could all gather and relax, and the cozy fireplace that made our evenings extra special. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to support us with any questions or needs. We truly felt welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

The house was perfect for us, we (two families of four) were in Růžová for an extended weekend and were able to take very nice, long and shorter hikes directly from the house without using the car. The house is quiet and has a beautiful garden and a sunny terrace. Each of the three former guest rooms has its own bathroom, the breakfast and lounge is large, bright and friendly. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. There are two restaurants and a small grocery store for the necessities very close by. We felt completely comfortable and would book the Penzion Arosa again immediately.

Beautiful old house. With all the advantages and disadvantages. Very quiet green neighborhood. The area is fenced. Very atmospheric. Despite the building, there is a washer and dishwasher. Any flaws? - a little cold. Overall, we are very happy with your stay!

We spent less than a week in Všemily with friends (4 adults + 4 children). The house had everything we needed. We had a barbecue at night or visited a restaurant in the surrounding places. The kids spent a lot of time on the trampoline. The property is located directly on the Bohemian Switzerland National Park and from here we have made several excursions with the children without going far.

The hosts were super friendly and almost always available - if not in person, then via the account. We were welcomed warmly and courteously - really as a guest. In the apartment, there were many useful little things that made the stay more pleasant and we could really feel like a guest, for example firewood for the fireplace, charcoal, coffee capsules and much more, so that the holiday could start immediately upon arrival. It's no longer a matter of course. The hosts managed to strike a healthy balance between helping and not disturbing at the same time. We really immediately felt at home - and that's not self-evident for us. The children could play and hang out in the large garden without disturbing anyone. This was also very relaxing. The location was super quiet, right by the forest. We were also able to relax wonderfully outside, the garden furniture was plentiful and ideal. All in all: top! 👍🏼
