Apartment holiday rentals in Dededo

It was the perfect home away from home for the month that we stayed. It was an excellent deal too for the location and amenities provided. Internet can be spotty but more than enough to get work done. Excellent setup too so you can bring snorkelling gear and wash in the outside bathroom. Perfect space and we were very sad to leave.

I stayed here for almost 2 months. The apartment was in great condition & looked just like the photos. Beds & couch were comfortable. Everything felt simple and well organized. I even had new towels waiting for me - which were super soft & a nice touch after my long flight. I also appreciated that the water pressure & temp was good throughout the place. Any minor issues I had during my stay, Dina was very responsive and tried to resolve within 24 hours. The only 2 things that I think could be potential issues for others would be that the wifi was very finicky and would drop and regroup all the time, and there is only one washer & dryer for all 4 units in the building - and everyone seemed to want to do laundry at the same time each week😅. Neither was a huge deal for me because I would just go to my family’s house, but I know that may not be an option for everyone. Overall, it suited my needs well and the neighbors were friendly. I would stay at any of Dinas places again.

Such a great place to be at when you want to have a peaceful time. The Host was very welcoming and willing to work with you as you get situated in the house. The host was not there; however, she has a great manager that tends to your needs and assists you with a smile on her face. I 100% recommend this Airbnb. Thank you so much! This was the best Airbnb I have ever occupied. Stewart was an awesome host. Cleans linen, ice cold AC in all rooms and fresh air inside the unit. The location was by far the best! Stores, shops, and beach were all within walking distance. I had a few travel issues and Stewart was always available to help. I would highly recommend this place to any family and friends. I have already made travel plans to stay again in the future.

I had a great stay at Teogenesa's place. Host was very accommodating for I needed to extend twice. Place is nice, comfortable and had just about everything we could ask for. Host left me some complementary items that I enjoyed and showed they cared. Host always responded quickly when needed to contact her. I recommend.

Great location, close to beach. Host was accommodating and quick to respond. Apartment was great for family with children. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, smart TV and more made our stay very enjoyable! Small stores nearby for snacks, drinks and any other necessities. Location is central.

It was a great place for a big family to stay. It was equipped with most of the tableware, and the location was also good.

Great Location! The apartment was very spacious. Walking distance to everything. Much better than a hotel (I've stayed at The Royal Orchid and The Bayview in Guam). Check-in was easy and privacy was appreciated.

Nice place in a good location.

I was pleasantly surprised with Dina's place. I great price for an extended stay and she even accommodated my request for some additional days. This area does not have much traffic and is super quiet in the evening and all thru the night. Spacious floorplan, good working appliances and A/C, dishes, pots and pans, comfortable furniture to include bed. Hot water really quick. Very adequate parking available. Nearby grocery store and restaurants. Jack was there when I arrived and checked me in; very helpful. Dina is wonderful to work with; respectful and courteous. I really enjoyed my stay here in Mangilao. I will definitely look for Dina's place again when needed. Thank you!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. it was just as described and the location couldnt have been more perfect. it was walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach. had a couple of abc stores about a 5 minute walk which was great!! would absolutely stay here again if we end up traveling to guam for another trip!!

Great apartment very convenient for people who like night life. Located right near a bunch of bars and reatraunts but still quiet and peaceful for sleep. Close to the airport and a great value. I definately reccomend staying here.
