We absolutely loved how clean and organized the house was. Beautiful and extremely comfortable for 6 people. Clear instructions provided by the host from checking in to checking out. Our host Erica, was very helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a clean and comfortable home in a peaceful neighborhood.

I loved this place - If you're looking for a rental place to explore the downtown regions of Delray Beach, this is the one. The pool was relaxing, and the fountains were a nice touch. It was close to all the top places downtown ( mainly the Avenue). They even supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for a relaxing day at the beach. I would definitely want to stay again next time I visit Delray Beach—11/10 experience.

This Modern Villa was everything and more. The space, the cleanliness, the location and most important of all was the view of the home and backyard. My family and I enjoyed our stay,very relaxing, neihborhood was quite and safe. Stay Today was very responsive when I had a question. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Ft Lauderdale.

This place really is a slice of paradise. The backyard is heavenly, with fruit trees, gorgeous flowers and a serene pool. The house is colorful and cozy. We even loved the neighbors cat that came by to greet us every morning. I would 100% come back and stay here again.

Our stay here was nothing short of great 👍🏾. Our hosts responded so fast and kindly!! Loved the tiki area and the pool area. The kitchen had every appliance that was needed, so that was great. The surround sound in the living room was 10/10. Movie time was great. I truly loved how they had everything marked so there wasn’t any confusion on anything. The area is great; we didn’t rent a car, but everything we needed was close enough for Uber. Overall, the house is clean, the host was great/understanding, and our stay was amazing. I definitely will recommend staying here, and I plan on staying here again.

This was a last minute booking after the hotel we picked picked out wasn’t going to work for us, and we are so happy we found this place, very relaxing backyard, beautiful design inside the house, the kitchen had everything you need to cook , would definitely recommend

I’ve been using Airbnb for years. I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Also the host was very nice easy instructions. Wanted to extend for an extra day gave me a good rate. This is definitely one of my favourite locations and host I’ve dealt with. I will be booking with Xavier again anytime I’m in Miami

Great Property ,the pictures don’t do it justice!! Me and my entire family felt right at home!! We did not go anywhere!! Straight relaxing on the patio watching Tv,kids in the pool and the bonus was the grill for our cookouts!! Truly enjoyed everything,Thank u again Quentin!!

Great home to stay in with a large group of people. Plenty of space and divided in a way that gives privacy to everyone. The pool area and basketball court are perfect! It is beautifully decorated and has toys, books, cribs highchair etc if traveling with kids. Dan and Kelly were great! They helped us out with every question and kept in contact with us with everything we needed through our stay. Kelly went beyond her duties to make sure we had everything we needed. We definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home the only thing that bothered us a little bit is just such a big house for only 4 parking spaces since its a neighborhood sidewalk parking shouldn’t be a problem. Everything else was perfect. We loved the house.

Absolutely loved this place! Didn’t realize that the pool is pretty deep also! Pictures don’t do it justice! We stayed with an infant and small children under the age of nine. Walking to the beach took two minutes and we loved being able to get back to the house to swim in our private pool within two minutes as well. Will definitely come back to stay here again!

We had a nice time at Motty's place. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great surroundings, restaurants, stores. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location was ideal, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The backyard was breathtaking—spacious with plenty of seating, and the pool was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful stay! We had about 8-10 people in the home for a long weekend and there was more than enough space for everyone. The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and comfortable in every way. The host's communication was outstanding—quick, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire process. Great location. Quick drive to multiple restaurants and stores. The beach is amazing. Very quiet and clean. The private beach area is also very peaceful. The pool is very well heated and clean. The villa was perfect. Exactly what the pictures showed. The kitchen has most things you would need. The furniture, including the bed was very comfortable. The sitting area outside the villa was a great spot for our morning coffees and evening drinks. The walk from the villa to the beach was 1 minute. We would definitely come back to this villa.

This home was by far the best home that I have ever stayed in since I have started using this app!!!!. I have no words for how amazing our entire stay was. Great house for our Spring Break trip! Location was close to many great restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to the beach which had easy access, parking, etc. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor lounge area (with TV)! Would definitely stay again.

This private little oasis was the perfect get away. Close to great restaurants and bars. A short walk to the beach and the beach chairs on hand were great. The private pool was a nice place to enjoy in the afternoon /evening.

Great house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Would definitely stay again! An open layout concept that was great for a large group! The family really enjoyed the pool!
